Dr. (Dokta) Kwabena Adjei (1943 - 2019), wani lokaci ana kiransa da Nkonya Terminator, ɗan majalisa ne mai wakiltar mazabar Biakoye a yankin Oti na Ghana. Ya kuma kasance tsohon shugaban jam'iyyar National Democratic Congress.[1][2][3][4]

An haifi Kwabena Adjei a ranar 9 ga Maris 1943 a Nkonya Ntsumuru a yankin Oti. Ya halarci Jami'ar Ghana, Legon kuma ya kammala karatunsa na farko a fannin ilimin halayyar dan adam (Hons) a 1970. A 1973 da 1978, ya sami Doctor of Falsafa (Research Methods & Statistics in Psychology) da Master of Business Administration a Jami'ar Strathclyde da Jami'ar Ghana bi da bi.[5][6]

Kwabena ya kasance jigo a jam'iyyar National Democratic Congress. Ya wakilci mazabar Biakoye a majalisa ta 1, 2 da ta 3 na jamhuriya ta hudu ta Ghana.[7]

An zabe shi a matsayin majalisar farko ta jamhuriya ta hudu ta Ghana a ranar 7 ga Janairun 1993 bayan an bayyana shi a matsayin wanda ya yi nasara a zaben majalisar dokokin Ghana na 1992 da aka gudanar a ranar 29 ga Disamba 1992.[8]

Ya taba zama ministan filaye da gandun daji, abinci da aikin gona da harkokin majalisa a karkashin shugabancin J.J Rawlings. An zabe shi shugaban jam’iyyar National Democratic Congress a shekarar 2005, ya gaji Obed Asamoah.[9]

Ya kasance Masanin Ilimi. Ya koyar da ilimin halayyar dan adam da ilimin zamantakewa a Jami'ar Ghana, Jami'ar Cape Coast, Jami'ar Maiduguri.
