Maroko al'umma ce a Eti-Osa, Jihar Legas, Najeriya. Tana kusa da Ikoyi da gabashin Victoria Island. Ta kasance yanki mai ƙarancin kuɗi wanda ya jawo hankalin baƙaƙe da yawa tunda tana kusa da yankuna masu ƙarfi. Ambaliyar ruwa da yashi ya shafi ƴan Maroko a lokacin rayuwarsu. [1]

[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]A cikin watan Yuli, shekarar 1990, [1] Mazaunan Maroko sun ƙunshi mutanen Igaw da Ilaje a tsakanin sauran ƴan kabilar Yoruba. Gwamnatin jihar Legas karkashin gwamnan farar hula Alhaji Lateef Jakande ta yi yunkurin korar matsugunin na farko a shekarar dubu daya da ɗari tara da tamanin 1980 wanda ya kai ga wani shagon sayar da kayan abinci inda wasu ma'aikatan gwamnati suka rasa rayukansu. Shugaban sojoji Raji Rasaki, ya kori mazauna Maroko tare da ruguza al’ummar. Gwamnati ta ce Maroko tana kasa da matakin teku kuma tana bukatar a cika ta da yashi kuma Maroko na bukatar inganta ababen more rayuwa. [2] Kimanin mutane dubu ɗari uku (300,000) ne suka rasa gidajensu. [3] Ta kasance ɗaya daga cikin korar da aka yi ta tilastawa a tarihin Najeriya. [1]
Tsoffin mazauna garin sun yi kokarin samun diyya a tsarin kotunan Najeriya. A cikin watan Disamba na shekarar dubu biyu da takwas (2008), Cibiyar Kula da Hakkokin Ɗan Adam da Tattalin Arziki (SERAC) da Debevoise & Plimpton, sun gabatar da wata hanyar sadarwa tare da Hukumar Haƙƙin Bil Adama da Jama'a ta Afirka, inda ta bayyana cewa korar ta ci karo da Yarjejeniya ta Afirka kan Haƙƙin Dan Adam da Jama'a.
