Nwosu Pita Nwana (1881 - 1968) marubucin Najeriya ne kuma kafinta.[1] An fi saninsa dalilin littafinsa na Igbo na farko Omenuko.[2][3][4] Omenuko littafin ana ɗaukarsa a matsayin ginshiƙin almara a fannin adabin Igbo. [5]

An haifi Nwana a shekarar 1881. Shi ne Auta cikin su bakwai a gidansu. [5] Ya yi aikin kafinta a Kwalejin Methodist Uzuakoli sannan ya zama mai fassara Rev. J. Wood a Cibiyar Ibo a lokacin. [5] A shekara ta 1933, ya rubuta Omenuko wanda ya sami lambar yabo a gasar da Cibiyar Nazarin Afirka ta Duniya ta gudanar,[6] kuma daga baya kamfanin Longman ya buga littafin a 1935.[7]
