Tanimowo Ogunlesi (haihuwa a shekarar 1908, mutuwa a shekarar 2002)[1] ta kasance mai fafutikan kare hakkin mata a Najeriya kuma jagorar harkokin cigaban mata wato Women's Improvement League.[2]Tana daya daga cikin manyan jagori akan harkokin mata na wannan karni, sannan kuma tare da ita aka kafa kungiyar "National Council of Women Societies", daya daga cikin muhimman kungiyoyin mata na Najeriya.

Ta halarci makarantar "United Missionary College (UMC)" don samun horon ilimin koyarwa. Itace mutum na farko da ta fara kafa makarantan kwana na yara (firamare) a birnin Ibadan, "Children Home School".
Ta zama shugabar majalisar kare hakkin mata ta farko a shekarar 1959.[3] Ta yi aiki sosai kan kare hakkin mata, ta hanyar nemawa mata 'yancin jefa kuri'a da kuma samun damar zuwa wuraren koyon ilimi, kamar dai sauran mata masu kishin kasa.
Ba ta cika damuwa game da mallakar gidaje ga jinsi maza a Najeriya ba. Ta kasance cikin wani gangami na habaka ilimin kimiyyar zamantakewa a Najeriya a yayin da ta bude makarantar horo na gida.[4][5]
