Abdullahi Dikko Inde MFR, OFR (11 ga watan Mayu 1960 - 18 ga watan Fabrairu 2021), Yayi Kwanturola-Janar na Hukumar Kwastam ta Najeriya daga watan Agustan 2009 zuwa Agustan 2015.[1][2]

An haifi Dikko a ranar 11 ga watan Mayun shekarar 1960 a ƙaramar hukumar Musawa dake jihar Katsina, Najeriya. Ya halarci Kwalejin Gwamnati a ke Kaduna a 1974 inda ya sami jarabawar kammala karatun sakandaren Afirka ta Yamma wato WAEC a 1980. Daga baya ya sami digiri na farko na Kimiyya a fannin tattalin arziki da kuma digirin digirgir na Kimiyya a fannin kudi daga Jami'ar Dimitrov Apostle Tshenov, Svishtov, Bulgaria.

Ya yi aiki a da hukumar kwastom a wurare daban-daban da suka haɗa da Seme Border, Tincan Island Port, Apapa, Imo Command, Kaduna, Badagry Area Command, Hedkwatar Bincike da Sifeta, Abuja Badagry Area Command kafin a naɗa shi a matsayin Kanturola-Janar na Kwastam din Najeriya a 26 ga Agusta 2009 An bayyana zamansa a matsayin kwanturola Janar na Kwastam a matsayin abin misali.[3] Kamar yadda rahotanni suka ce ya taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen sauya fasalin Hukumar Kwastam ta Najeriya.
