Abincin Malay

Har'ila yau, madarar kwakwa tana da kuma mahimmanci a wajen bada abincin Malay mai wadata, hali mai laushi. Sauran tushe shine belacan (prawn paste), wanda ake amfani dashi azaman tushe don sambal, mai wadataccen sauce ko kayan yaji da'akayi daga belacan, chilli peppers, albasa da kuma tafarnuwa. Abincin Malay kuma yana amfani da lemon grass da kuma galangal sosai.

Kusan kowani abincin Malay ana bada shine tare da shinkafa, wanda kuma shine babban abinci a wasu al'adun Asiya da yawa. Kodayake akwai nau'ikan jita-jita daban-daban acikin abincin Malay, ana badasu ne duka a lokaci guda, ba'acikin darussan ba. Abinci na yau da kullun ya ƙunshi farantin shinkafa ga kowane mutum akan teburin. Ana nufin a raba abinci tsakanin masu cin abinci kuma ana bada kowane abinci tare da cokali. Maicin abinci yaci gabada dafa jita-jita daya zaɓa akan farantin shinkafa. Anacin abinci da kyau tare da yatsu na hannun dama, ba tare da hagu ba wanda ake amfani dashi don wankewa na mutum, kuma Malays basa amfani da kayan aiki.
