Oba Adesimbo Victor Kiladejo Adenrele Ademefun Kiladejo, ko Jilo III, an naɗa shi Osemawe na 44, ko kuma sarkin gargajiya na Masarautar Ondo a Najeriya a ranar 1 ga Disamba 2006. An naɗa shi sarautar ne a ranar 29 ga Disamba 2008 a wani biki da ya samu halartar manyan baki da suka haɗa da gwamnan jihar Ondo, Olusegun Agagu, Ooni na Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuade, da shugaban ƙungiyar Afenifere, Cif Reuben Fasoranti.[1]

An haifi Kiladejo a garin Ondo, shi ne babba a cikin ‘ya’ya ashirin da biyu na Yarima Gbadebo Adedoyin Kiladejo, Edilokun na gidan sarautar Okuta. Ya halarci Jami'ar Ife, yanzu Jami'ar Obafemi Awolowo, inda ya sami digiri na farko (B.Sc.) a fannin kiwon lafiya, (Bachelor of Medicine da Bachelor of Surgery). Ya tafi Jami'ar Liverpool don karatun digiri na biyu akan lafiyar haihuwa. Bayan aikin sa na matasa, ya fara aiki a hukumar kula da lafiya ta jihar Ondo, inda ya kai mmatsayin daraktan kiwon lafiya. Ya bar aikin sa na sirri, Kiladejo Hospitals Group a Ikere Ekiti, kuma daga baya ya shiga harkar kasuwanci.[2]

An naɗa Kiladejo a ranar 29 ga Disamba 2008 a mmatsayin Osemawe na Ondo na uku da ya fito daga layin Jilo na Okuta Ruling House, na biyu shine Arojojoye Oba Pupa, wanda ya yi mulki daga 1926 zuwa 1935. Gidan Okuta ya fito ne daga Oba Luju, wanda ya yi sarauta tsakanin 1561 zuwa 1590 kuma ɗan sarkin Ondo na farko, Oba Pupupu.[3] Bayan hawan sa, Kiladejo ya ɓullo da tsarin sarrafa na’ura mai kwakwalwa a cikin mulkin masarautan, ya inganta lafiya a tsakanin talakawansa, ya kafa kwamitoci don warware matsalolin tsaro da rigingimun filaye.[4]
