Alexander Asum-Ahensah (an haife shi a 23 ga Yulin shekarar 1953) ɗan siyasan Ghana ne kuma masanin ilimi. Tsohon ɗan majalisa ne na Jaman ta Arewa a yankin Brong Ahafo na Ghana.[1][1][2][3][4][5]

An haifi Asum-Ahensah a ranar 23 ga Yulin 1953. Garin haihuwarsa shi ne Goka a yankin Brong Ahafo na Ghana. A shekarar 1989, ya sami difloma a fannin ilimi daga Cibiyar Horar da ƙere-ƙere ta fasaha ta Accra . A 1997 ya kammala karatun digiri na farko daga Jami'ar Cape Coast . Ya sami Babban Mashahurin daga Cibiyar Gudanarwa da Gudanar da Jama'a ta Ghana .

Asum-Ahensah ne kuma masanin ilimi. Ya yi aiki tare da Ma'aikatar Ilimi ta Ghana a matsayin Mataimakin Darakta mai kula da Kulawa ga Gundumar Jaman ta Arewa . Bayan ya shiga siyasa, an nada shi a matsayin Ministan Sarauta da Al'adu a gwamnatin National Democratic Congress karkashin jagorancin Shugaba John Atta Mills .

An zaɓi Asum Ahensah da kuri’u 12,027 daga cikin kuri’u 22,888 da aka kada wadanda suka yi daidai da kashi 52.50% na yawan kuri’un da aka kada. An zaɓe shi a kan Kofi Oti Adinkrah na jam'iyyar "New Patriotic Party", Twene Aduasare Kwasi na Convention People’s Party da kuma M. Abdulai Freeman na Democratic People's Party. Wadannan sun samu kashi 45.50%, 1.90% da 0.00% daidai da jimillar kuri'un da aka kaɗa.
