Barbara Ntambirweki Lauya ce, malama kuma mai fafutukar kare hakkin ɗan Adam a Uganda. Ita malama ce a tsangayar shari'a a Jami'ar Pentecostal ta Uganda, jami'a mai zaman kanta.[1]

Ntambirweki tana da digiri na farko a fannin shari'a daga Jami'ar Makerere, babbar jami'ar jama'a a Uganda. Sannan tana da Difloma a fannin Shari'a daga Cibiyar Bunkasa Shari'a. Digiri na biyu a fannin shari'a ta samu ne daga Jami'ar Cape Town da ke Afirka ta Kudu.[2]

Ita malama ce a tsangayar shari'a a harabar Kampala ta jami'ar Pentecostal ta Uganda.[2] Har ila yau, tana aiki a matsayin mai ba da shawara a kamfanin lauyoyi na Ntambirweki Kandeebe & Company Advocates, ƙwararriya ce a harkokin kasuwanci, shari'a, da dokokin gudanarwa.[3] A lokaci guda kuma tana aiki a matsayin jami'ar bincike ta Advocates Coalition for Development and Environment kungiyar, inda ta "ba da duka bincike da goyon bayan gudanarwa ga ayyuka daban-daban a karkashin shirin".[2]
