Ayigbe biscuit wani abun ciye-ciye ne na ƙasar Ghana wanda Yonunawo Kwami Edze ta kirkira daga Agbozume a yankin Volta. [1]
Tarihi

Yonunawo Kwami Edze ta gabatar da biskit ga al’ummar Agbozome lokacin da ta dawo daga Ivory Coast a matsayin mai yin burodi a shekarar 1907. Ta iya amfani da dabarun da ta koya wajen yin biskit Ayigbe. Samar da wannan abun ciye-ciye ya ba da damar samun damar tattalin arziki, yayin da Yonunawo Kwami Edze ta horar da mata yadda ake shirya biskit domin samun rayuwa mai inganci. [1] [2] [3]
