Chinwoke Mbadinuju (an haife shi a 14 ga watan Yuni 1945 - 11 ga Afirilu, 2023). Ya kasance Gwamnan Jihar Anambra a Nijeriya daga 29 ga Mayu 1999 zuwa 29 ga Mayu 2003, wanda aka zaɓa a kan dandamalin jam’iyyar Democratic Party (PDP).[1]
Farkon Rayuwa da Ilimi
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]An haifi Chinwoke Mbadinuju a ranar 14 ga Yuni 1945. Yayi karatun ba a fannin kimiyyar siyasa, da kuma digirin digirgir a cikin gwamnati. Ya sami digiri na lauya daga ɗayan manyan jami'o'in Ingilishi. Ya kasance editan jaridar Times ta Duniya.
Kafin shigarsa siyasa ya kasance babban malamin farfesan siyasa da karatun Afirka a Jami'ar Jiha ta New York. Ya kasance mai taimaka wa gwamnan tsohuwar Jihar Enugu, Dokta Jim Chris Nwobodo, tsakanin 1979 da 1980. Ya yi aiki a matsayin mai taimaka wa Shugaba Shehu Shagari tsakanin 1980 da 1983.
Ya auri Nnebuogo Mbadinuju, kuma suna da ‘ya’ya biyar: Ada Mbadinuju (likita ce), Chetachi Mbadinuju (dan kasuwa), Nwachukwu Mbadinuju (manajan gudanar da ayyuka), Uche Mbadinuju (dalibi) da Chima Mbadinuju (dalibi).[2]
Siyasa
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Bayan dawowar mulkin dimokuradiyya a 1998, Chinwoke Mbadinuju ya zama dan takarar jam’iyyar Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) na gwamnan jihar Anambara a gasar tare da farfesa ABC Nwosu, wanda ya yi gwamnonin soja hudu a matsayin kwamishinan kiwon lafiya, bayan rikicin da ya zama dole a warware shi ta kwamitin daukaka kara na Jam’iyyar PDP.
Emeka Offor, wani basaraken Anambra ne ya dauki nauyin Mbadinuju. Bayan sabani tsakanin Mbadinuju da "ubangidansa", Offor, gwagwarmayar neman iko tsakanin mutanen biyu ta gurgunta ayyukan gwamnati a jihar. Zuwa watan Satumba na 2002, malaman da ba a biya su ba sun yi yajin aiki na shekara guda kuma ma’aikatan gwamnati da ma’aikatan kotu sun yi yajin aiki na tsawon watanni. Shugaban reshen Onitsha na kungiyar Lauyoyi ta Najeriya (NBA), Barnabas Igwe, ya ce shugabannin jihar sun sanya kudaden da aka nufa domin biyan ma’aikatan da ke yajin aiki a aljihu. A ranar 1 ga Satumba 2002, Igwe da matar sa mai juna biyu Amaka wasu mahara suka kashe su a bainar jama'a.[3]
Aiki
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Yayin da yake ofis, Chinwoke Mbaninuju zartar da wata doka wacce ta samar da Ayyukanta na 'Yan Sanda na Anambra, wadanda suka sanya hannu a dokar Bakassi Boys, wani shahararre idan kungiyar' yan banga suka ji tsoron rage aikata laifuka a jihar. Mbadinuju ya ce aikata laifuka a cikin jihar ya kai wani mummunan matsayi wanda ya kamata a yi wani abu. A wata hira da aka yi da shi a watan Nuwamba na shekara ta 2009, Mbadinuju ya kare shawarar da ya yanke kan sakamakon da ta samu wajen rage aikata laifuka.
Daga baya ya samu sabani da Chris Uba, wani dillalin iko ko ubangida a jihar. Mbadinuju ya yi ikirarin cewa an cire shi daga takarar gwamnan a 2003 duk da ya ci zaben fidda gwani na PDP saboda Uba da Shugaba Olusegun Obasanjo sun nuna adawa da takarar tasa. A wurin sa, Dr. Chris Ngige ya tsaya takara a PDP, amma dan takarar jam’iyyar All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) ya kayar da shi. Daga karshe, bayan da aka rusa zaben aka sake zaben, Chris Ngige ya samu mukamin.
Igwe ya kasance mai sukar Mbadinuju, yana kira da yayi murabus saboda rashin biyan ma’aikatan gwamnati albashi na wasu watanni.[4]
