Mai shari’a Daniel Francis Kweipe Annan (7 ga Nuwamba, 1928 - 16 ga Yuli, 2006) ya kasance Kakakin Majalisar Ghana daga 1993 zuwa 2001. Ya kasance memba na gwamnatin Majalisar Tsaro ta Kasa wacce ke mulkin Ghana kafin jamhuriya ta hudu kuma ta kasance Shugaban Hukumar Dimokuradiyya ta Kasa.
Rayuwar farko
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]An haifi Daniel Annan a Accra, Ghana a ranar 7 ga Nuwamba, 1928 ga iyayen Ga-Adangbe.[1] Mahaifinsa, Victor Benjamin Annan dan kasuwa ne kuma ma’aji na reshen Accra na United Gold Coast Convention, yayin da mahaifiyarsa ita ce Mary Nyaniba Annan. Kakan mahaifiyar Annan shine Sarkin Gã State (wanda aka sani da suna Gã Maŋtsɛ) Tackie Tawia I na Accra, wanda yayi sarauta daga 1862 zuwa 1902.
Ya fara karatunsa a matakin farko na Kwalejin King, Legas, inda ya fara karatun Kindergarten.[2] Ya yi karatun sakandare a Accra Academy daga 1939 zuwa 1945.[3] Bayan haka, ya yi karatu a Sashen Matsakaici na Kwalejin Achimota daga 1946 zuwa 1948. Daga nan sai Mai Shari’a Annan ya zarce zuwa Ingila don yin karatun shari’a a Jami’ar Hull. Ya sami digirin LL.B (Hons) a 1956 yayin da yake can.[1] An kira shi zuwa mashaya a Middle Temple, UK, a 1958.[1]
Aiki

An kara masa girma a matsayin Alkalin Babbar Kotun a shekarar 1966 sannan ya zama Alkalin Kotun daukaka kara a 1971.[1] Ya yi aiki a matsayin Kwamishinan Zaunar da Iyakokin Stool Lands sannan kuma a matsayin memba na Kwamitin Nada Aikin Shari'a daga 1974 zuwa 1976. Sauran mukaman da Daniel Annan ya rike sun hada da Shugaban Kwamitin 'Yancin' Yan Jarida da Korafi na Hukumar 'Yan Jaridu ta Ghana a 1980 kuma Shugaban Majalisar 'Yan Sanda ta Ghana a 1984 da kuma Shugaban Hukumar Tattalin Arzikin Kasa a 1984.[1]
Siyasa da Kakakin Majalisa
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]An nada Daniel Annan mamba a Majalisar Tsaro ta Tsaron Kasa (PNDC) mai mulki a 1984. Ya zama mataimakin Jerry Rawlings, Shugaban kasar Ghana kuma ya yi aiki da yawa lokacin da Rawlings baya kasar. Gwamnati ta kuma nada shi Shugaban Hukumar Dimokuradiyya ta Kasa a 1984 wanda zai kula da shirye -shiryen dawo da Ghana kan dimokuradiyya.[1] A rantsar da jamhuriya ta huɗu, an zaɓi Mai Shari'a Annan a matsayin Kakakin Majalisar a watan Janairun 1993, matsayin da ya riƙe a lokacin majalisa ta biyu na jumhuriya ta huɗu har zuwa 2001.[1] A cikin wannan lokacin, ya zama shugaban ƙasar Ghana lokacin da duka biyun shugaban kasa da mataimakinsa ba sa cikin kasar.[4]
Wasanni
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Justice Annan yana son wasanni. Ya kasance Shugaban Kungiyar Rawar Damben Ghana daga 1973 zuwa 1976 kuma Shugaban Hukumar Dambe ta Ghana daga 1980 zuwa 1982. Ya kuma kasance Shugaban Kwamitin wasannin Olympic na Ghana (1983 - 1985).[1]
