Francis Ogbonnaya Otunta (ranar 29 ga watan Afrilun 1958 - ranar 30 ga watan Maris ɗin 2021) masanin lissafin Najeriya ne kuma mai kula da ilimi.[1] Shi ne mataimakin shugaban jami’ar aikin gona ta Michael Okpara na biyar bayan naɗin da aka yi masa a cikin watan Disamban 2015.[2]

Kafin naɗinsa a matsayin mataimakin shugaban jami'ar aikin gona ta Michael Okpara na 5, Otunta ya taɓa zama Farfesa a fannin lissafi a jami'ar Benin.[3] Ya kuma kasance tsohon Rector na Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana, muƙamin da ya rike daga 2006 –2014.[3] Prof. Francis O. Otunta ya karɓi ragamar shugabanci a matsayin mataimakin shugaban jami’ar aikin gona ta Michael Okpara, Umudike daga Farfesa. Hillary Edeoga bisa hukuma a ranar 1 ga watan Maris ɗin 2016.

Otunta ya fito ne daga ƙauyen Amangwu Nkpoghoro da ke ƙaramar hukumar Afikpo ta Arewa a jihar Ebonyi a Najeriya. Ya auri Bertha Otunta wanda suka haifi ƴaƴa shida tare da su.[4]

Ya rasu ne a wani hatsarin mota kuma an binne shi a ranar 10 ga watan Satumban 2021, a Afikpo.
