Cif John Nnia Nwodo lauyan Najeriya ne, masanin tattalin arziƙi, kuma minista. Ya zama shugaban ƙasa na 9 na ƙungiyar Ohanaeze Ndigbo.[1][2]
Rayuwar farko da ilimi
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Nwodo, haifaffe na uku a cikin iyalinsa, an haife shi a shekara ta 1952 a jihar Enugu, Najeriya.[3] Ya yi karatun firamare da sakandare a jihar Enugu. A shekara ta 1971, ya sami gurbin karatu a Jami'ar Ibadan.[4]
Ya halarci Makarantar Koyon Tattalin Arziƙi ta Landan sannan ya dawo Najeriya a shekara ta 1988.[5]
Sana'a
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]A jamhuriya ta biyu, a ƙarƙashin gwamnati da gwamnatin Shehu Shagari, Nwodo ya zama ministan sufurin jiragen sama.[6] A ƙarƙashin gwamnatin Abdulsalami Abubakar, Nwodo ya zama ministan yaɗa labarai da al'adu.[7]
A shekara ta 2017, Nwodo ya lashe zaɓen da ya yanke shawarar shugaban ƙasa na 9 na ƙungiyar Ohanaeze Ndigbo, ƙungiyar al'adun zamantakewa da ke wakiltar kowace al'umma mai magana da Igbo, da kuma kare haƙƙi da muradun al'ummar Igbo a duniya.[8] Ya yi nasara da jimillar ƙuri’u 242 yayin da abokin hamayyarsa, tsohon Mataimakin Shugaban Jami’ar Fasaha ta Jihar Anambra, Farfesa. Chiweyete Ejike, ya samu ƙuri'u 13.[9][10]
