Koose
Koose (Dagbani: [ˈKooshe]) wanda kuma aka fi sani da Bean Cake [1] pea fritter black-eyed ce mai ɗanɗano da ake ci a yammacin Afirka azaman abun ciye-ciye. Yawancin lokaci ana cin shi tare da poridge. [2] Wani lokaci ana dafa shi a cikin burodi, kuma ana kiransa "Koose Bread" ko "Paanu Kooshe".
Koose ya zama ruwan dare a Afirka ta Yamma tsakanin al'ummar Hausawa na Arewacin Najeriya, mutanen Dagomba na Ghana, [3] da sauran sassan Afirka ta Yamma, gami da Saliyo da Kamaru. Ana kuma iya samun Koose a ƙasashen Caribbean kamar Cuba da kuma a ƙasashen Kudancin Amurka kamar Brazil. An san shi a Ghana da "koose", "kooshe" ko "koosay". A Najeriya, ana kiranta da "akara", a Brazil a matsayin "acaraje" kuma a Cuba ana kiranta "bollitos de carita". Ga Dagbamba na Ghana ana kiranta da "Kooshe", Ewe suna kiranta "agawu" wasu kuma a cikin al'ummar Zongo suna kiranta "koose tankuwa". [4] [5]
