Kwaku Kwarteng
Kwaku Agyemang Kwarteng (an haife shi 12 ga Fabrairu, 1969)[1] injiniyan farar hula ne na Ghana, masanin tattalin arziki, kuma ɗan siyasa. Shi ne dan majalisa mai wakiltar mazabar Obuasi ta yamma a yankin Ashanti na Ghana wa'adi biyu. Mamba ne a New Patriotic Party ta Ghana kuma mataimakin ministan kudi.[2][3][4]

[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]An haifi Kwaku Kwarteng a ranar 12 ga Fabrairu, 1969 a Kokofu a yankin Ashanti na Ghana. Ya halarci Jami'ar Kimiyya da Fasaha ta Kwame Nkrumah da ke Kumasi, inda ya sami digiri na farko a fannin injiniyan farar hula a shekarar 1996.[5] Daga nan ya sami digiri na biyu a fannin kimiyyar kimiyya da injiniyanci daga jami'a guda a shekarar 2013.[5][6] Ya kuma sami digirin digirgir (M.A) a fannin harkokin tattalin arziki a jami'ar Ghana a shekarar 2009.[5][7][8]
Aiki
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Yawancin rayuwar aikin Kwaku Kwarteng ya kasance a cikin siyasa. Ya kasance mai magana da yawun gwamnatin Ghana kan harkokin kudi daga shekarar 2006 zuwa 2009.[5] Lokacin da gwamnatin John Agyekum Kufour ta bar mulki a shekarar 2009, ya zama mai ba da shawara ga New Patriotic Party daga 2010 zuwa 2013.[7]
A shekara ta 2011 an zabe shi a matsayin dan takarar New Patriotic Party don yin takara a sabuwar mazabar Obuasi West. A zaben 2012, ya fafata da John Alexander Ackon na National Democratic Congress, Abubakar Sadick Iddris na jam'iyyar Progressive People's Party, Ayishetu Tahiru na jam'iyyar National Democratic Party, Mohammed Issifu na babban taron jama'a, da dan takara mai zaman kansa Isaac Fordjour. Kwarteng ya samu kuri'u 31,101 daga cikin sahihin kuri'u 48,254 da aka kada, wanda ya nuna kashi 64.45% na dukkan kuri'un da aka kada.[7] Yayin da yake majalisar, ya yi aiki a wasu kwamitoci da suka hada da kwamitin sadarwa da kwamitin dabarun rage talauci.[7]
A watan Janairun 2017, Shugaba Nana Akufo-Addo ya zabi Kwarteng da Charles Adu Boahen a matsayin mataimakan ministocin kudi.[9] Za su yi aiki a ƙarƙashin Ken Ofori-Atta.[10] Kwamitin nadi na majalisar ya tantance Kwarteng a watan Maris na 2017.[11][12][13][14] A yayin tantance sa, ya yi ikirarin cewa gwamnatin John Dramani Mahama ta bar basussukan cedi biliyan 7 mallakar cibiyoyi daban-daban a kasar. ‘Yan tsirarun dai sun musanta wannan ikirarin suna masu cewa babu irin wannan bashi. Kwarteng ya kuma jaddada aniyar gwamnati na rage kudin ruwa.[15][16] Kwamitin ya amince masa da mukamin da aka nada shi.[17]
A babban zaben Ghana na 2016, ya lashe kujerar majalisar dokoki da kuri'u 32,049 yayin da dan takarar majalisar dokokin kasar ta NDC John Alexander Ackon ya samu kuri'u 11,587.[18]
A babban zaben Ghana na 2020, ya lashe kujerar majalisar dokoki da kuri'u 33,383 yayin da 'yar takarar majalisar dokokin kasar ta NDC Faustilove Appiah Kannin ta samu kuri'u 15,141.[19]
Shi ne kuma mataimakin ministan kudi.[4]

[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Ya yi aiki a matsayin mamba a kwamitin kudi da kuma kwamitin rage talauci.[20] Yayin da yake majalisar, ya yi aiki a kwamitoci da dama ciki har da kwamitin sadarwa.[21] A halin yanzu shi ne shugaban kwamitin kudi[22][23] kuma mamba a kwamitin sadarwa.[8]
