Miyan Atama ko Amme-Eddi kuma ana kiranta da Miyar Banga a pidgin Turanci (Turanci na Najeriya). Wani irin miyar dabino ce da ta samo asali daga mutanen Efik na jihar Cross River, Urhobo da kuma mutanen Isoko na jihar Delta a Kudancin Najeriya. [1] [2] Abinci ne da ya shahara a tsakanin jihohin Delta, Cross River da kuma jihar Akwa Ibom a Najeriya.
