Nigerien Alliance for Democracy and Progress ( French: Alliance nigérienne pour la démocratie et le progrès, ANDP-Zaman Lahiya) jam'iyyar siyasa ce a Nijar.

[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Djermakoye shi ne shugaban ɗaya daga cikin manyan ƙungiyoyin biyu da suka fito a cikin National Movement for Development of Society (MNSD) a 1991.[1] Shi ɗan ƙabilar Zarma (Djerma) ne, waɗanda a baya suka mamaye jam'iyyar,[2] amma an zaɓi shugaban jam'iyyar Mamadou Tandja a matsayin shugaban jam'iyyar MNSD a watan Nuwamba 1991[1] tare da goyon bayan waɗanda ba Zarma ba. a cikin jam'iyyar. Daga nan sai Djermakoye ya ɓalle daga jam’iyyar MNSD ya kafa ƙungiyar Abokan Moumouni Adamou Djermakoye (CAMAD), wacce daga baya ta zama jam’iyyar Nigerien Alliance for Democracy and Progress (ANDP).[2]
Djermakoye shi ne ɗan takarar jam'iyyar ANDP a zaɓen shugaban ƙasa na 1993 ; bayan da ya zo na huɗu da kashi 15.24% na ƙuri'un da aka kaɗa a zagayen farko,[3] jam'iyyar ANDP, a wani ɓangare na ƙawancen da ake kira Alliance of the Forces of Change (AFC), wanda ke goyon bayan ɗan takara na biyu Mahamane Ousmane na jam'iyyar Democrat . da social convention a zagaye na biyu na zaɓen, kuma Ousmane ya yi nasara a kan Tandja na MNSD. MNSD da PNDS. ANDP ta samu kujeru tara sannan ta ci gaba da zama a jam’iyyar AFC a adawa.[2]
Bayan juyin mulkin soja na Janairu 1996, Djermakoye ya sake tsayawa takarar shugaban ƙasa a matsayin ɗan takarar jam'iyyar ANDP a zaɓen Yuli 1996, ya ƙare a matsayi na biyar da kashi 4.77% na ƙuri'un da aka kaɗa.[3] Bayan nasarar Mainassara, ANDP ta gane hakan kuma ta goyi bayansa.[4][5] A zaɓen ‘yan majalisu da aka gudanar a watan Nuwamba na shekarar 1996, wanda ‘yan adawa suka ƙauracewa zaɓen, jam’iyyar ANDP ta lashe kujeru takwas, inda ta zama jam’iyya ta biyu mafi girma a majalisar dokokin ƙasar.[3][6] A farkon 1998 ANDP ta shiga ƙawancen goyon bayan Mainassara na jam'iyyu uku, Alliance of Democratic and Social Forces.[7] A ranar 28 ga Afrilu, 1998, Djermakoye ya ba da sanarwar cewa ANDP ta rabu da Mainassara, yana mai zargin cewa na biyun ya "ƙasƙantar da jam'iyyar tare da ware".[4]
Bayan wani juyin mulki a watan Afrilun 1999, inda aka kashe Mainassara, Djermakoye shi ne ɗan takarar shugaban ƙasa na jam'iyyar a babban zaɓen watan Oktoba, inda ya ƙare a matsayi na biyar da kashi 7.73% na ƙuri'un,[3] yayin da ANDP ta lashe kujeru huɗu a zaɓen 'yan majalisar dokoki.[3][8] Djermakoye ya goyi bayan ɗan takarar PNDS Mahamadou Issoufou a zagaye na biyu na zaɓen shugaban ƙasar, ko da yake Issoufou ya sha kaye a hannun ɗan takarar MNSD Tandja.[8] Bayan zaɓen ne sai jam'iyyar ANDP ta shiga adawa ta koma jam'iyyar 'yan majalisa ɗaya da jam'iyyar RDP-Jama'a.[9]
Ƙarni na 21
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]A cikin watan Yulin 2002, jam'iyyar ANDP ta shiga ƙawancen masu rinjaye na majalisa, Alliance of Democratic Forces, inda ta bar jam'iyyar adawa ta Coordination of Democratic Forces.[10] Djermakoye ya shiga gwamnati a matsayin Ƙaramin Minista a watan Nuwamba 2002, yana aiki a wannan muƙamin har zuwa Disamba 2004.[11]
A ranar 19 ga Satumba, 2004, a babban taron jam'iyyar ANDP na uku, jam'iyyar ta sake zaɓar Djermakoye a matsayin ɗan takararta na shugaban ƙasa a babban zaɓe mai zuwa, yana mai cewa bai yi niyyar sake tsayawa takara a zaɓen shugaban ƙasa na 2009 ba.[12] A zaɓen shugaban ƙasa, ya samu kashi 6% na ƙuri'un da aka kaɗa, inda ya samu matsayi na biyar.[3] Kamar sauran jam’iyyu uku da aka fitar da ‘yan takararsu a zagayen farko, jam’iyyar ANDP ta marawa Tandja baya a zagaye na biyu.[13] A zaɓen 'yan majalisar dokoki jam'iyyar ta samu kashi 5.44% na yawan ƙuri'un da aka kaɗa, inda ta lashe kujeru biyar daga cikin kujeru 113.[3]
Djermakoye ya mutu a watan Yuni 2009.[14] Jam'iyyar ta kasance wani ɓangare ne na ƙungiyar haɗin kan dakarun kare Dimokuraɗiyya da jamhuriyar jamhuriyar da ta ƙauracewa zaɓen 'yan majalisar dokoki na shekarar 2009 .
Ɗan uwan Djermakoye Moussa Moumouni Djermakoye, wanda ya yi ritaya daga aikin soja, an zaɓe shi a matsayin shugaban jam'iyyar ANDP a wani babban taron jam'iyyar a ranar 20 ga watan Yunin 2010. Ya lashe zaɓen cikin sauƙi; ya samu ƙuri'u 278, yayin da Amadou Nouhou ya samu ƙuri'u 85, Ali Seyni Gado ya samu ƙuri'u 66.[15] Da aka hamɓarar da shugaba Tandja a juyin mulkin 2010, jam'iyyar ANDP ta shiga zaɓen 2011. Moussa Moumouni Djermakoye ya tsaya a matsayin ɗan takarar shugaban ƙasa na jam'iyyar, inda ya samu kashi 4% na ƙuri'un da aka kaɗa, kuma ya zo na shida a cikin 'yan takara goma, yayin da jam'iyyar ta samu kujeru takwas a majalisar dokokin ƙasar.
A babban taron jam'iyyar ANDP ta shida da aka gudanar a Maraɗi a ranar – ga watan Mayun 2015, an sake zaɓen Djermakoye a matsayin shugaban jam'iyyar ANDP, inda Ɗan Dije mataimakin shugaban ƙasa na farko, Mahamadou Adamou mataimakin shugaban ƙasa na biyu, Saley Saidou a matsayin sakatare na gaba.[16]
Jam'iyyar ba ta tsayar da ɗan takara a zaɓen shugaban ƙasa a watan Fabrairun 2016 ba, inda ta zaɓi amincewa da takarar shugaba mai ci Mahamadou Issoufou a zagayen farko na zaɓen.[17] A zaɓen majalisar da aka yi a lokaci guda, an rage shi zuwa kujeru huɗu a majalisar dokokin ƙasar.
