Salma Kikwete (an haife ta 30 Nuwamba 1963) malami ce, ɗan gwagwarmaya, kuma ƴan siyasa da ta yi aiki a matsayin Uwargidan Shugaban Tanzaniya daga 2005 zuwa 2015 a matsayin matar shugaban Tanzaniya Jakaya Kikwete.[1]

Tun asali Salma Kikwete ta yi aikin koyarwa sama da shekaru ashirin.[1]

A shekara ta 2005, gwamnati ta sake da wani kamfen na ƙasa don gwajin HIV/AIDS na son rai a Dar es Salaam. Salma Kikwete da mijinta na daga cikin wadanda aka yi wa gwajin a kasar.[2] Tun daga matsalolin 2009, ta zama mataimakiyar shugabar yankin Gabashin matan ciyar da cutar da cutar HIV/AIDS (OAFLA).[1] A matsayin 2012, uwargidan shugaban kasa Salma Kikwete, da tsohon shugaban kasar Botswana Festus Mogae da wasu jiga-jigan Afirka guda goma sun hada da UNESCO da UNAIDS don kudurin gabas da rubutu kan takarda cutar kanjamau da lafiyar jima'i ga matasa , wanda aka matsa a watan help 2011.[3]

Kikwete kuma ya kafa Wanawake na Maendeleo, ko Women in Development (WAMA), wata ƙungiya mai zaman kanta wacce ke haɓaka ci gaba tsakanin mata da yara.[1]

Sama da shekara guda bayan da mijinta ya bar ofis, Shugaba John Magufuli ya nada Salma Kikwete a matsayin kujera a Majalisar Dokoki ta kasa a ranar 1 ga Maris 2017.[4]
