Shaqe Çoba, wadda aka haifa da sunan Shiroka, (1875–1954) ta kasance 'yar gwagwarmayar mata da kuma mai rajin kare hakkin mata daga Albania. Ta kafa ƙungiyar Mata na Albania (Albanian: Gruaja Shqiptare), ƙungiya ga mata masu matsayi na sama wadda ta buga mujallar da ta ɗauki batutuwan mata na ɗan lokaci kaɗan.

An haifi Shaqe Çoba a Shkodër, wanda a lokacin yana cikin Sanjak na Scutari na Daular Ottoman, a cikin 1875. Ta halarci makarantar sakandare a makarantar maigidana a Zagreb, Croatia, sannan wani ɓangare na Daular Austro-Hungary . A kan hanyar zuwa makaranta a Venice, Italiya, a cikin 1904, ta sadu da mijinta na gaba Ndoc Çoba, tare da wanda ta haifi ɗa ɗaya. Ta mutu a shekara ta 1954. [1]

Shaqe Çoba ta kafa ƙungiyar Mata na Albania (Gruaja Shqiptare) a ranar 3 ga Agusta, 1920, don mata masu matsayi na sama a Shkodër. Manufar ƙungiyar ita ce tallafawa Sojojin Ƙasa na Albania da ke kare yankin arewacin Albania daga hare-haren Yugoslavia. Haka kuma, ƙungiyar ta mayar da hankali kan 'yancin mata da kuma buga mujallar da ta ɗauki batutuwan mata. Mujallar ta wallafa sunayen masu ba da gudummawa da adadin kuɗin da suka bayar don ƙarfafa gudummawa ga sojoji da iyalansu. Mujallar ta buga labarai da dama kan “haƙƙoƙi da wajibai” na mata na Albania kafin ta daina bugawa bayan fitowar mujallar ta watan Yuli, 1921.

A ranar tunawa da cika shekaru casa’in da samun ƴancin kai na Albania a watan Nuwamba shekara ta 2002, Shugaban Jamhuriyar Albania, Alfred Moisiu, ya ba Shaqe Çoba lambar yabo ta Naim Frashëri (Albanian: Urdhri “Naim Frashëri”) bayan mutuwarta saboda gudunmawar da ta bayar a cikin gwagwarmayar samun ƴancin kai a shekarun 1920 a matsayin mai fafutuka “da ke yaki da rarraba Albania da kuma neman ƴancin mata na Albania."
