Tajine mtewem, yawanci ana rage shi zuwa mtewem (Larabci : طاجين مثوم) abinci ne na Aljeriya na gargajiya, kuma musamman Algerine (daga birnin Algiers).[1] Ana yin shi da minced balls, naman kaza ko naman rago, tafarnuwa, chickpeas da almonds.[2] Ana shirya miyar da albasa da aka daka da tafarnuwa da yawa ("mtewem" na nufin "tare da tafarnuwa") kuma ana dafa shi a tukunyar tajine. [3] [4] [5] Kamar yawancin tasa na Aljeriya, yawanci ana ba da ita tare da ko dai fari ko ja mai miya mai yaji. [6]
