Vada pav, wanda kuma ake rubuta shi da wada pao, Samfuri:Pronunciation abinci ne mai sauri na vegetarian wanda asali ne daga jiha na Maharashtra a India.[1] Abincin yana dauke da wani deep fried dankalin turawa da aka saka a cikin wani bread bun (pav) da aka yanka kusan rabin tsakiyar. Ana yawan yin amfani da shi tare da chutney da kuma koren chili pepper.[2] Ko da yake asali ne daga abinci mai arha a tituna na Mumbai, yanzu ana sayar da shi a mashaya da kuma gidajen cin abinci a duk faɗin India. Ana kuma kiransa Bombay burger[3] don danganta shi da asalinsa da kuma kamanninsa da burger.[4]
Mafi shahararren abincin ciye-ciye a Mumbai, vada pav yana da'awar zama wani ɓangare na al'adun Mumbaikars.[5][6]
Ma'anar Kalma

An fara shi a shekarun 1960s ta dangi na Vaze, wanda suke rabawa vada pavs daga taga (Khidki) na gidansu da ke fuskantar titi.[10]
Abincin mai carbohydrate yana jawo hankalin ma'aikatan masana'antar auduga na tsohuwar Girangaon. Wadannan mashaya suna da sunayen masu aminci da kuma suna na kawo abinci mai inganci da kuma ɗanɗano ga kwastomomi.[22][23]
