Yarjejeniyar shigo da kayan ilimi,kimiya da al'adu (wanda kuma aka sani da Yarjejeniyar Florence ) yarjejeniya ce ta 1950 UNESCO wacce jihohi suka amince da kada su sanya harajin kwastam akan wasu kayan ilimi, kimiyya da al'adu da ake shigo da su.

[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]An amince da yarjejeniyar ta hanyar kuduri a ranar 17 ga Yuni 1950,a babban taron UNESCO a Florence,Italiya.An buɗe shi don sa hannu akan 22 Nuwamba 1950 a Lake Success,New York kuma ya fara aiki a ranar 21 ga Mayu 1952.Ya zuwa shekarar 2014,jihohi 29 ne suka rattaba hannu a kai,kuma jihohi 102 suka amince da shi,wanda ya hada da kasashe mambobin Majalisar Dinkin Duniya 101 da kuma mai tsarki.Jihohin da suka rattaba hannu amma basu amince da yarjejeniyar ba sune Colombia,Dominican Republic,Ecuador, Guinea-Bissau, Honduras,da kuma Peru.Babu ƙayyadaddun lokaci kan sanya hannu ko tabbatar da Yarjejeniyar.

[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]A ranar 26 ga Nuwamba 1976,an ƙaddamar da Yarjejeniyar Shigar da Kayayyakin Ilimi, Kimiyya ko Al'adu a Nairobi, Kenya. Yarjejeniyar,wacce kuma aka sani da ka'idar Nairobi,ta fadada nau'ikan kayan da yarjejeniyar ta rufe. Yarjejeniyar ta fara aiki ne a ranar 2 ga watan Janairun 1982 kuma ya zuwa shekarar 2013 jihohi 13 ne suka rattaba hannu kan yarjejeniyar,sannan jihohi 46 suka amince da ita. New Zealand da Oman sun sanya hannu amma ba su amince da Yarjejeniyar ba.
