Isi ewu (English:</link>) // (saurara)</link> abinci ne na gargajiya na Igbo da ake yi da kan akuya.

Miyar Ibo ce mai kama da ƙafar saniya mai yaji (nkwobi) sai dai ana yin isi ewu ne da kan akuya yayin da ta biyun kuma ta kasance da ƙafar saniya.Wasu gidajen cin abinci sun zaɓi su dafa kan gaba ɗaya amma don rage yawan ruwan da ake buƙata don dafa miya,ana yanka kan akuya zuwa guntu masu dacewa.

Ana buƙatar kan akuya,calabash nutmeg (wanda aka fi sani da ehu seed),albasa,potash,man dabino,ganyen utazi,da ƙogba ana buƙatar dafa miyan Isi Ewu

Ana tafasa naman har sai ya yi laushi a cikin tukunya;Ana amfani da tukunyar matsa lamba mafi yawa saboda taurin naman akuya.

Ana daka albasa da kayan yaji da barkono da gishiri a cikin man dabino mai kauri da aka yi daga hadaddiyar tukwane da ruwa da man dabino a wata tukunya gaba daya.

Sannan ana zuba kan akuya,a raba kwakwalwar (dakakken turmi),calabash nutmeg,ugba,sannan a zuba a cikin man dabino mai kauri bayan wasu mintuna.

Ana yiwa Isi Ewu yankakken albasa da ganyen utazi idan an gama.
