Àbùlà miya ce ta kabilar Yarbawa daga Yammacin Najeriya.[1] Yawancin lokaci ana cin shi tare da Amala, amma ana iya cinye shi tare da sauran abincin hadiye. Abula cakude ne na Gbegiri (miyar wake), Ewedu (miyan kayan lambu) da kuma ọbẹ̀ ata (stew).[2]
Abula ana kallonta a matsayin abinci mai dadi don ba abinci ba ne. Yana ɗaukar lokaci mai yawa da ƙoƙari don yin. Ko da yake an fi cin abincin a tsakanin al’ummar Yorùbá na yammacin Najeriya, ya fi zama ruwan dare a tsakanin mutanen Ọ̀yọ́ and Ogbómòṣọ.[3]
