Barh El Gazel[1][2][3][4][5][6] ( Larabci: منطقة بحر الغزال‎ , French: Région du Barh El Gazel )[5] yana ɗaya daga cikin yankuna 23 na kasar Chadi. Hakanan ana iya rubuta sunan yankin a matsayin Barh El Gazal[7] ko Bahr el Gazel.[8] Babban birninsa shine garin Moussoro.[4] An ƙirƙiro yankin a shekara ta 2008 daga tsohon Sashen Barh El Gazel na Yankin Kanem.[9]

Yankin ya yi iyaka da yankin Borkou daga arewa, yankin Batha a gabas, yankin Hadjer-Lamis a kudu, da yankin Kanem a yamma. Yankin dai galibi ciyayi ne, wanda ya haɗe cikin hamadar sahara a arewa.

Yankin ne babban wurin noma a duk faɗin ƙasar, yana samar da auduga da gyaɗa, manyan abubuwan biya mafiya kawo kuɗaɗe na ƙasar. Akwai amfanin gona iri-iri na gida kamar shinkafa da ake nomawa a yankin.[13]

A matsayin wani ɓangare na raba mulki a watan Fabrairun 2003, an raba ƙasar bisa tsarin mulki zuwa yankuna, sassa, gundumomi da al'ummomin karkara. Lardunan da tun asali 14 ne aka sake faɗaɗa su a cikin yankuna 17. Gwamnonin da shugaban ƙasa ya naɗa ne ke gudanar da yankunan. Hakimai, waɗanda tun farko ke riƙe da nauyin kananan hukumomi 14, har yanzu suna riƙe da muƙaman kuma su ne ke da alhakin gudanar da kananan hukumomi a kowane yanki. Ana zaɓen mambobin majalisun ƙananan hukumomi ne duk bayan shekaru shida, yayin da hukumomin zartaswa ke zaɓen, a duk bayan shekaru uku.[14] Ya zuwa shekarar 2016, akwai yankuna 23 a ƙasar Chadi, wadanda aka raba bisa la'akari da yawan jama'a da kuma saukaka harkokin mulki.[15]

An raba yankin Barh El Gazel zuwa sassa biyu. kowane da aka jera tare da sunan babban birninsa ko babban garinsa ( shuga-lieu a Faransanci) da jerin ƙananan hukumomi ( sous-préfectures ).[4][5]
