Bankin Masana'antu Limited (an taƙaita shi a matsayin 'BOI') shine mafi tsufa kuma mafi girma a Cibiyar Kula da Kudi ta Najeriya (DFI) a halin yanzu tana aiki. Ma'aikatar Kudi ce ta mallaki (MOFI) Najeriya (94.80%), Babban Bankin Najeriya (CBN) (5.19%) da masu hannun jari masu zaman kansu (0.01%). Bankin yana da mambobi 11 a cikin kwamitin kuma Aliyu Abdulrahman Dikko ne ke jagoranta.
Tarihi
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Bankin Masana'antu Limited ya fara aiki a 1959 a matsayin Kamfanin Zuba Jari na Najeriya (ICON) Limited. A shekara ta 1964, an sake gina ICON Limited don zama Bankin Ci gaban Masana'antu na Najeriya (NIDB) Limited a karkashin jagorancin Bankin Duniya. Da farko, Kamfanin Kudi na Duniya (IFC) ya mallaki kashi 75% a cikin NIDB kuma ya samar da Manajan Darakta na farko. BOI kuma tana sarrafawa da rarraba Shirin Kasuwancin Gwamnati da Karfafawa (GEEP), ɗaya daga cikin shirye-shiryen shiga tsakani na zamantakewa da Gwamnatin Tarayya ta gabatar. GEEP (wanda aka fi sani da MarketMoni) asusun biliyan 140 ne da nufin tallafawa mutane a cikin bangaren da ba na al'ada ba tare da rance a kashi zero. A matsayin wani ɓangare na ƙoƙarin fadada damar samun kuɗi, BOI ta fara haɗin gwiwa tare da gwamnatocin jihohi da yawa a ƙarƙashin tsarin daidaitaccen kuɗi. Asusun daidaitawa na MSME shine tsarin tallafi na 50:50 tare da Gwamnatocin Jihohi don gudanar da asusun don kafa ƙananan, ƙananan ko matsakaici a cikin jihohin da suka halarci.[4]

[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]A cikin 2017, Ma'aikatar Ma'adinai da Ci gaban Karfe ta Tarayya (FMMSD) ta kafa Asusun Taimako na Kudi na Kasuwanci da Ƙananan Ma'adanai na Najeriya (ASM) biliyan 2.5 kuma ta sanya BOI a matsayin manajan asusun. Manufar Asusun ASM shine don magance bukatun kudade na masu sana'a da ƙananan ma'adinai yayin inganta ci gaban ma'adanai masu ƙarfi a Najeriya. Ta hanyar makircin, masu hakar ma'adinai na sana'a na iya samun damar zuwa miliyan 10 yayin da ƙananan masu hakar fashi na iya samun dama har zuwa miliyan 100.[5]
Shirin Makamashi na Hasken rana na BOI-UNDP
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]A cikin 2011, BOI da Shirin Ci Gaban Majalisar Dinkin Duniya (UNDP) sun ƙaddamar da Shirin Samun Makamashi Mai Sabuntawa. An kafa aikin ne don aiki a matsayin shirin bayar da shawarwari da wayar da kan jama'a don ingantawa da tallafawa fadada ayyukan makamashi mai sabuntawa don tallafawa gidaje da kamfanoni na cikin gida a cikin al'ummomin da ba a kula da su ba. Don cimma wannan, BOI da UNDP sun karfafa masu ruwa da tsaki a cikin sararin makamashi mai sabuntawa don saka hannun jari a bangaren Najeriya. A cikin 2016, BOI ta ba da kuɗin bashin dala miliyan 1.4 yayin da UNDP ta ba da tallafin $ 600,000 don sake maimaita hanyoyin samar da makamashi na hasken rana a cikin ƙarin al'ummomi 11 a fadin jihohin Najeriya 4: Jihar Nijar, Jihar Gombe, Jihar Anambra da Jihar Kaduna.
Dangane da fa'idodin SEP, BOI ta gabatar da samfurin kasuwanci na Solar Energy biliyan 2 a cikin 2017 don samun dama ta nau'ikan masu amfani da ƙarshe kai tsaye ta hanyar BOI da kai tsaye.[7]
Ta hanyar Shirin Makamashi na Hasken rana, bankin yana da niyyar samar da wutar lantarki ga gidaje sama da 100,000 da ƙananan kamfanoni a yankunan karkara da na kasuwanci nan da shekarar 2021.[8]
Haɗin gwiwa tare da Bankin Raya Afirka (AfDB) Group
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]A cikin shekara ta 2011, Kwamitin Daraktocin Bankin Raya Afirka (AfDB) Group ya amince da layin bashi na dala miliyan 500 don taimakawa BOI wajen tallafawa SMEs na gida a Najeriya. A cikin 2015 da 2017, bankin ya sami dala miliyan 100 (a cikin ɓangarori biyu na dala miliyan 50 kowannensu) don tallafawa SMEs masu fitarwa tare da ikon samar da musayar kasashen waje.[9][10] Za a samar da layin bashi don ayyukan tallafi da ke da niyyar rage talauci, samar da aiki da ƙirƙirar dukiya ta hanyar kasuwanci, zamantakewa da ci gaban tattalin arziki.[11] A matsayin wani ɓangare na yarjejeniyar, AfDB ta buƙaci bankin ya ba da taimako na fasaha don gina iyawa ga duka BOI da SMEs. Don wannan dalili, BOI ta shiga kamfanonin kasa da kasa BDO / GBW.[12]

Bankin yana ba da sabis na kuɗi mai yawa ga ƙananan kamfanoni, ƙananan kamfanoni da matsakaici da masu karamin kuɗi daban-daban a matsayin mutane da kuma kungiyoyi. Yana ba da rance na kudade, rance na aiki, rance mai amfani da rance wanda bai wuce 500 000 ga kowane kamfani ba.[13] Bugu da kari, BOI-MFB tana da niyyar karfafa tanadi tsakanin matalauta marasa kudi na al'ummar Najeriya.

BOI Insurance Brokers (BOI-IB) Limited
