Gonakin Shonga sun kunshi manoma 13 na ‘yan kasuwa da gwamnatin jihar Kwara ta Najeriya ta gayyace su domin kawo sauyi a harkar noma a jihar tare da inganta samar da ayyukan yi, inganta samar da wadataccen abinci da inganta wadatar abinci.[1] Kamfanin sarrafa kadarori na Najeriya (AMCON) ne ya karbe gonakin Shonga saboda bashin kimanin N1.7bn da gonar ta yi.[2]

Shonga farm

Gwamnatin Dr. Bukola Saraki a kokarin farfado da harkar noma a jihar Kwara ta kaddamar da shirin komawa gonaki. An yi wannan aikin ne don karfafa aikin noma na kasuwanci a jihar. Gwamnati ta share fili mai fadin kadada, ta sayo kayayyakin noma kamar takin zamani, maganin ciyawa da na kashe kwari, sannan ta raba filaye ga manoma.[3] Aikin Komawa zuwa gona ya samu nasarar kashi 14 cikin 100, saboda dalilai daban-daban, ciki har da rashin isassun kwarewar noman kasuwanci daga bangaren manoma.

Wannan ya zama wani abin koyi ga gwamnatin jihar Kwara da ta yanke shawarar yin amfani da damar da aka samu a kasar Zimbabuwe, inda gwamnatin kasar Zimbabwe ke korar manoma fararen fata, domin baiwa manoman damar yin noma a Kwara. Wannan matakin da ya sa manoman Zimbabuwe suka nuna sha'awarsu sosai, ya kuma kai ga samar da shirin gwaji na gonakin Shonga da ya kunshi manoma 13, wadanda a yanzu suka koma garin Shonga na jihar Kwara. An bai wa manoman ko wannensu hekta 1,000 na fili a karkashin yarjejeniyar da za a sabunta na shekaru 25 don yin noman kasuwanci.[4]

Gwamnatin jihar ta samar da kayan aikin farko na share filaye da kuma ba da tabbacin wuraren lamuni na farko ga manoma. Gwamnati ta biya wa al’ummar yankin diyya tare da kara ba su tallafi, baya ga mayar da su wasu filaye domin yin noma..[5]

Jihar Kwara ta yanke shawarar gayyato manoman kasar Zimbabwe ne domin biyan bukatun jihar, da samar da danyen kayan masarufan da ke da alaka da noma, da kuma noman da za a fitar zuwa kasashen waje. Haka kuma jihar ta fara wannan aiki ne saboda dimbin ayyukan yi da take da shi.

Shonga Farms Holding Limited

An kafa Shonga Farms Holding Limited (SFH) a matsayin wata Mota ta Musamman don saukake hadin gwiwar jama'a da masu zaman kansu dangane da aikin noman kasuwanci na Gwamnatin Jihar Kwara a karkashin jagorancin Gwamna, Dakta Bukola Saraki. SFH an kafa shi musamman don samar da ayyuka a cikin gona. Bankunan biyar da ke da hannu wajen samar da kudaden wannan shiri sun hada da Guaranty Trust Bank, Intercontinental Banks, Unity Bank, Fin Bank da Bank PHB. Bankunan sun mallaki kashi saba'in da biyar cikin dari yayin da gwamnatin jihar ke da kashi ashirin da biyar cikin dari. A daya bangaren kuma kamfanin Shonga Farms Holding ya mallaki kashi sittin cikin dari a kowace gonaki 13, wanda ya bar manoma da kashi arba’in cikin dari.[6]

Kamfanin Shonga Farms Holding Nigeria Limited, ta hannun rassansa yana yin hada-hada, kiwo, da kiwo. Yana noman amfanin gona na kasuwanci kamar masara, shinkafa, rogo, ginger, waken soya, madara da naman kaji. Kamfanin kamfani ne mai zaman kansa, daban da gwamnatin jiha.

A halin yanzu, masana'antar sarrafa kajin ta Farm na samar da daskararrun kaji 2,500 da aka sarrafa a kowace rana, amma idan aka gama aiki za ta samar da kaji 10,000 a kowace rana.[7] Haka kuma gonar kiwo na da karfin sarrafa har zuwa lita 50,000 na madara a kowace rana. Manufar gonar ita ce mayar da hankali ga hidimar kasuwar kananan hukumomin jihar Kwara kafin sauran jihohin.

Gonakin Shonga ba wai kawai suna inganta ayyukan yi a wannan fanni ga mazauna yankin ba, har ma wata dama ce ga manoman yankin wajen koyan ingantattun ayyukan noma.

Nasarar gonakin Shonga ya haifar da sabbin abubuwa da dama a jihar Kwara. Ta hanyar gona kawai, har zuwa 3,000-4,000 suna aiki a lokacin girbi.[12] Mazauna kauyukan da ke makwabtaka da su yanzu suna jin dadin samar da wutar lantarki, ruwan sha da kuma samun wuraren kiwon lafiya. Masu zuba jari da dama kamar WAMCO da Olam a halin yanzu suna gudanar da ayyukansu a jihar Kwara, suna samar da guraben aikin yi ga mazauna yankin, yayin da wasu da dama ke nuna sha’awar zuba jari a fannin noma na Jihar Kwara
