Kwamena Bartels
Peter Kwamena Essilfie Bartels (an haife shi 27 Oktoba 1947) ɗan siyasan Ghana ne kuma tsohon ministan gwamnati na Sabuwar Jam'iyyar Patriotic.[1]
Tarihin Rayuwa
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Bayan kammala karatunsa a makarantar Mfantsipim a shekarar 1968, Bartels ya samu gurbin shiga jami'ar Ghana, inda ya karanta fannin shari'a. Bayan ya sami digiri na farko a 1971, Bartels ya ci gaba da karatunsa a Makarantar Shari'a ta Ghana domin ya zama ƙwararren lauya.[2]
A shekarar 1979 Bartels ya fara tsayawa takarar kujerar majalisar dokokin Ghana, amma dan takarar jam'iyyar People's National Party ya doke shi. A shekarar 1992, Bartels ya sake tsayawa takara a mazabar Agona ta Yamma, amma ya janye bayan jam'iyyarsa ta kauracewa zaben 1992 saboda zargin magudin zabe. A cikin 1996, an zaɓi Bartels dan majalisar wakilai na mazabar Ablekuma North.[3] Ya kasance Ministan Ayyuka da Gidaje daga 2001-2004. Daga nan ya zama minista mai kula da kamfanoni masu zaman kansu da PSI (2005-2006), Ministan Labarai & Wayar da Kan Jama'a (2006-2007), da Ministan Cikin Gida (2007-2008).[4]
Shugaba John Kufuor ne ya kori Bartels daga majalisar ministocin kasar a shekarar 2008, bisa zarginsa da hannu a bacewar fakiti arba'in da biyu na hodar iblis da 'yan sanda suka kwace, Bartels ya musanta hannu a cikin hakan. Da yawa daga cikin jiga-jigan jam'iyyar NPP sun ce an kore shi ne saboda goyon bayan da ya ke bai wa abokinsa dan takarar Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo a lokacin, suna masu ikirarin cewa shugaban kasar Kufour na lokacin ya bukaci Bartels ya yi amfani da karfin da yake da shi a yankin tsakiyar kasar domin samun kuri'u ga Alan Kyeremanteng. . Daga nan aka sake zabe shi a matsayin dan majalisar wakilai mai wakiltar mazabar Ablekuma ta Arewa a yankin Greater Accra a majalisar dokoki ta 3 a jamhuriya ta 4 ta Ghana.[8]
Zabe

Ya ci gaba da zama dan majalisa a lokacin babban zaben Ghana na shekara ta 2000. An zabe shi ne a kan tikitin sabuwar jam’iyyar kishin kasa.[9] Mazabarsa wani bangare ne na kujerun majalisa 16 daga cikin kujeru 22 da Sabuwar Jam'iyyar Patriotic ta lashe a wancan zaben na Babban yankin Accra. Sabuwar jam'iyyar Patriotic Party ta sami rinjayen kujeru 100 na 'yan majalisa daga cikin kujeru 200 na majalisar dokoki ta 3 ta jamhuriya ta 4 ta Ghana.[10][11][12] An zabe shi da kuri'u 34,508 daga cikin 50,012 da aka kada. Wannan yayi daidai da kashi 69.2% na jimlar ingantattun ƙuri'un da aka jefa. An zabe shi a kan Albert Okpoti Botchway na National Democratic Congress, Doreen Naadjah Sackey na Convention People's Party, Isaac Kwakye Gyasi na National Reform Party da Abdul-Jalilu Awudu na babban taron jama'a. Wadanda suka samu kuri'u 14,236, 1,092, 0 kuri'u da kuri'u 0 bi da bi cikin jimillar kuri'un da aka kada.
