Amina Titi Atiku Abubakar ta kasance ɗaya daga cikin matan tsohon mataimakin shugaban ƙasa Atiku Abubakar.[1] Tana daga cikin masu assasa 'yancin yara, kuma ita ta samar da ƙungiyar kula da satan yara da mata wato Gidauniyar Masu Fataucin Mata da Kawar da Aikin yi da Yara (WOTCLEF) kuma tana daga cikin waɗanda suka assassa[2] kafa hukumar kula sace-sacen yara na mata na Hukumar hana fataucin Bil-Adama ta Ƙasa (NAPTIP).[3]

An haifi Titi Abubakar a iyalan yarbawa daga ilesa na jihar Osun.[4][5] Tayi ilimin firamare a makarantan Lafiaji, Lagos sannan kuma ta cigaba da karatun ta na sakandire a makarantar St. Mary's Iwo, har zuwa shekara ta 1969i a jihar Lagos.[6][7]

Ta auri Atiku Abubakar a lokacin yana jami'in Custom kafin daga baya ta halarci Kaduna Polytechnic.[8] Bayan turanci, Titi tana jin yarukan yarbanci da kuma hausa sosai. Ta karbi addinin musulunci daga bisani.[9][10]

Ta kasance malama a kwalejin fasaha ta jihar kaduna.[11]

Bayan ta cigaba da karatun ta a shekara ta 1986 zuwa shekarar 1987 a kasar Roma, ta hadu da yan matan Nigeria da yawa sun wanda ke sana'ar karuwanci ga uwargoyoyinsu,[12] kuma galibi ba biyansyu akeyi ba. Kuma ta gano galibi an yaudare su ne da cewa zsuyi aiki a kasar italiya ko wasu kasashen ketare. Sannan kuma ta ci alwashin yaki da wannan rashin adalcin.

Wannan ne yasa titi tayi alkawari domin magance wannan matsalan da suka faru bayan dawowar ta a shekara ta 1999 lokacin da mijinta Atiku Abubakar ya zama mataimakin shugaban kasar Nigeria.

Tayi amfani da damar ta wajen bayar da shawarwari don kawo karshen karuwanci da tilastawa yan mata dama sauran siffofin fataucin mutane. Da farko ita ce ta kafa Gidauniyar kawar da safarar kananan yara(WOTCLEF) sannan ta dauki nauyin wani kudiri mai zaman kansa don hukunci mai tsanani ga masu fataucin, ta kuma kafa hukumar hana fataucin mutane ta kasa, ta kuma gudanar da kwasa-kwasan ilimi na maraba da yan mata da gyara su da dawo dasu daga kasashe daban zuwa gida Najeriya.[13]
