Hukumar da ke yaƙi da masu yi wa tattalin arzikin ƙasa zagon ƙasa (EFCC) wata hukuma ce mai tabbatar da doka a Najeriya da ke binciken laifukan kuɗi, kamar zamba (damfara 419) da kuma karkatar da kuɗaɗe, ba bisa ƙa'ida ba.[1] An kafa hukumar EFCC ne a shekarar 2003, a matsayin wani ɓangare na martanin matsin lamba daga Hukumar Yaƙi da Safarar Kuɗaɗen Haram (FATF),[2] wadda ta bayyana Najeriya a matsayin ɗaya daga cikin ƙasashe 23 da ba su da haɗin kai a ƙoƙarin da ƙasashen duniya ke yi na yaƙi da safarar kuɗaɗen haram.[1] Hukumar tana da babban ofishinta a Abuja, babban birnin Najeriya.

Jami’an rundunar shiyyar Benin na hukumar yaƙi da masu yi wa tattalin arzikin ƙasa zagon ƙasa, EFCC, sun kama wani Irabor Kennedy Osasogie bisa zargin zamba.[3][4]

Hukumar da ke yaki da masu yi wa tattalin arzikin ƙasar, zagon ƙasa, EFCC, ta jera abubuwan da ake buƙata don samun nasarar shiga kasuwar gwanjon kadarorin da ke faɗin ƙasar nan, waɗanda ke ƙarƙashin dokar hana almundahana.[3]

A ƙarƙashin tsohon shugaban hukumar EFCC Nuhu Ribadu, hukumar ta yi maganin almundahanar kudi ta hanyar gurfanar da wasu manyan mutane da ake zargi da cin hanci da rashawa, tun daga tsohon babban jami’in tsaro na Najeriya zuwa wasu shugabannin bankuna da dama. A shekarar 2005, EFCC ta kama jami’an gwamnati da suka hada da, Diepreye Alamieyeseigha.[5]

A watan Satumban 2006, EFCC na binciken gwamnoni 31 daga cikin gwamnonin jihohi 36 dake a tarayyar Najeriya akan zargin almundahana.[6] A watan Disambar 2007, gwamnatin tarayyar Najeriya, bayan bincike mai zurfi da EFCC da wasu ƙungiyoyi suka yi, ta wanke ƴan’uwan Vaswani[7] daga duk wani laifi kuma ta gayyace su su dawo cikin ƙasar. Jaridun Najeriya mai suna "This Day" da wasu manyan jaridun ƙasar sun ruwaito gaskiyar takardar amincewarsu inda suke nakalto rubutu daga umarnin da FG ta bayar. A watan Afrilun 2008 ne hukumar EFCC ta fara bincike kan ƴar tsohon shugaban Sanatoci a Najeriya, Iyabo Obasanjo-Bello kan karɓar Naira miliyan 10 (dala 100,000), da aka sace daga ma’aikatar lafiya. An gurfanar da tsohuwar ministar lafiya ( Farfesa Adenike Grange ) da mataimakinta da laifin satar sama da Naira miliyan 30,000 (dalar Amurka 300,000) daga cikin kuɗaɗen da ma’aikatar ta ke kashewa tun shekara guda da ta gabata.[8]

A ranar 6 ga watan Yunin 2008 ne aka rantsar da Cif (Mrs) Farida Mzamber Waziri a matsayin sabuwar shugabar hukumar ta EFCC.[1] Sai kuma a ranar 6 ga watan Agusta 2008, tsohon shugaban hukumar Nuhu Ribadu ya samu muƙamin mataimakin sufeto Janar (AIG) zuwa mataimakin kwamishinan ƴan sanda (DCP).[9]

A ranar 14 ga watan Satumba, 2010, an kashe shugaban sashen binciken laifuka na EFCC, Abdullahi Muazu a Kaduna. Ya kasance mai himma wajen yin gwajin shugabannin bankuna da dama.[10]

Shugaban ƙasa Goodluck Jonathan ya sallami Waziri a ranar 23 ga Nuwamba 2011 sannan ya maye gurbin Ibrahim Lamorde a matsayin mukaddashin shugaban wanda majalisar dattawan Najeriya ta tabbatar da shi a ranar 15 ga watan Fabrairu shekara ta 2012.[11]

Shugaban ƙasa Muhammadu Buhari ya kori Ibrahim Lamorde ne a ranar 9 ga watan Nuwamba, 2015, sannan ya maye gurbinsa da Ibrahim Magu. Majalisar dattawan Najeriya ta ƙi amincewa da tabbatar da Magu a matsayin shugaban hukumar har sau biyu saboda rahotannin tsaro da jami’an tsaron ƙasar suka bayar a ƙasar.[12]

A ranar 6 ga Yuli, 2020, jami’an ma’aikatar harkokin gwamnati da na ƴan sandan Najeriya sun kama Magu, suka kai shi fadar shugaban ƙasa, inda ake so ya amsa wasu tambayoyi game da zargin almundahanar da ake yi masa.[13][14] An tsare shi ne da daddare, kuma a ranar 7 ga watan Yuli aka dakatar da shi daga muƙaminsa na shugaban hukumar har sai an kammala bincike.

A ranar 10 ga watan Yuli, 2020, Shugaban ƙasa Muhammadu Buhari ya amince da dakatar da Ibrahim Magu nan take a matsayin shugaban riƙo na Hukumar Yaki da yi wa Tattalin Arziki Tu’annati (EFCC)[15] a wata sanarwa da ofishin babban mai shigar da ƙara na ƙasa Abubakar Malami ya fitar. Shugaban kasa Muhammadu Buhari ya kuma amince da cewa daraktan ayyuka na hukumar EFCC Mohammed Umar Abba ya ɗauki nauyin gudanar da ayyukan hukumar[16][17] har sai an kammala bincike da kuma ƙarin umarni. A ranar 16 ga watan Fabrairu, 2021 Shugaba Muhammadu Buhari ya naɗa Abdulrasheed Bawa a matsayin shugaban hukumar ta EFCC.[18][19]
