Joseph Ayo Babalola (25 Aprailu na shekara ta alif ɗari tara da hudu 1904 aka haife shi – 26 July 1959) dan Najeriya ne kuma ministan Kiristanci sannan kuma jagora a cocin Christ Apostolic Church,[1] Najeriya. An sanyawa wata jami'a mai zaman kanta ta Najeriya suna Jami'ar Joseph Ayo. Mabiyansa suna da imanin cewa yana da ikon warkarwa.

An haifi Babalola ga dangin Yarbawa a garin Odo-Owa, na Jihar Kwara.[2] Kuma ya taso a matsayin mabiyin Anglikanci. Ya halarci makarantar elemantare a Oto-Awori dake kan tirin Badagry, Jihar Lagos a shekarar 1914. Daga bisani ya zamo ma'aikacin motar steamroller a karkashin Sashin Ayyukan Jama'a ta Najeriya (Public Works Department (Nigeria)).

Rasuwar Joseph Ayo Babalola ta faru ne a ranar 26 ga Yuli 1959 a Ede, jihar Osun, Najeriya. Babalola ya nuna "babu alamar rashin lafiyar" kafin rasuwarsa.[3]
