Kamal Khalil (Larabci: كمال خليل‎) injiniyan Masar ne kuma mai fafutuka kare hakkin ɗan Adam. Shi babban memba ne na Socialist Revolutionary Socialists, [1] wakilin Jam'iyyar Demokraɗiyyar Ma'aikata [2] kuma wanda ya kafa [3] kuma darektan Cibiyar Nazarin Socialist a Alkahira. [4] Shi mai suka ne ga masu rajin Demokraɗiyya, jam'iyyun matasa da kuma ' yan uwa musulmi a Masar bayan Mubarak.
