Kamfanin Ruwa na Fatakwal wanda a baya yana cikin Hukumar Ruwa ta Jihar Ribas ita ce babbar mai samar da ruwa da sarrafa ruwan sha a faɗin Jihar Ribas. [1] mallakin gwamnatin jihar Ribas ne.

Kamfanin samar da ruwan sha na Fatakwal ya samar da babban tsari na samar da ruwa a matsayin "Tsurar Taswira" don magance matsalar karancin ruwa a jihar tare da tabbatar da samar da ruwan sha ga gidaje a jihar. [3]
Gwamna Nyesom Wike ne ya kaddamar da hukumar gudanarwar kamfanin a shekarar 2018 sannan aka naɗa Mrs Doris Daba Cowan a matsayin shugabar kamfanin. PHWC ta zama kamfani ne a ranar 12 ga watan Aug 2012, ta hanyar zartar da dokar ci gaban sashin ruwa na jihar Ribas mai lamba 7 na shekarar 2012. [4] [5]
Hukumar ta tabbatar da sake fasalin Ɓangaren Ruwa na Birane da Aikin Samar da Ruwa da Tsaftar Ruwa na Fatakwal (UWSR & PHWSSP), da Tsarin Gyaran Ruwan Ruwa na Ƙasa na Uku (NUWSRP3) wanda Bankin Duniya, Bankin Raya Afirka da Ribas suke bayarwa ga Gwamnatin Jiha. [6] [7] [8]
