Ƙungiyar malamai ta Nijeriya babbar ƙungiya ce ta kwadago a Nijeriya . An kafa ta ne don samar da hadin kai ga masu aikin koyarwar a ƙasar. Manyan manufofin ƙungiyar kwadagon sun haɗa da: inganta yanayin tattalin arziƙin malamai, hanya ce ta fitar da dabaru game da ci gaban ilimin ƙasar daga mahangar malamai da kuma tsaro na tattalin arziƙi na gaba ga malamai a ƙasar.
Tarihi
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Ƙungiyar an ƙaddamar da ita bisa ƙa'ida a cikin shekara ta 1931, ta zo ne a wani ɓangare sakamakon rauni da fallasawa ya tarar, wanda kuma ya haifar da yankewa malamai albashi da kuma alama rashin tsaro na aiki.
Amfani da ƙa'idojin ilimin mara tsari da rashin tabbas game da malamai da rage albashi ya haifar da karuwar ƙungiyoyin malamai da ke cuwa-cuwa a wasu biranen kudancin Najeriya, musamman a Calabar, Lagos, da Abeokuta . Ƙungiyoyin daban-daban, duk da haka, sun fahimci cewa daidaita manufofin ƙungiyoyi don kawo haɗin kai zai haifar da haɗin kai mai ƙarfi don sha'awar malamai. A ranar 8 ga Yulin shekara ta 1931, ƙungiyoyin malamai na Legas, Agege, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Calabar da Ijebu-Ode sun haɗa kai don kafa ƙungiyar Malaman Makarantu ta Najeriya. Shugaban ƙungiyar na farko kuma shugaban taron na watan Yulin shekara ta 1931 shi ne marigayi Oludotun Ransome Kuti, mijin Funmilayo Ransome-Kuti kuma mahaifin Fela Anikulapo Kuti . A ranar 27 ga Mayun, shekara ta 1972, ƙungiyar ta haɗu da achersungiyar Malamai ta Jihar Arewa, ƙungiyar da Aminu Kano da wasu sauran malaman arewacin Najeriya suka kafa a shekara ta 1948. Har zuwa wani lokaci, ƙungiyar kwadagon ta cika abin da take tsammani kamar yadda ta samar da ƙungiyar laima ga malaman ƙasar. Yawancin ayyukan yajin aiki an fara su a lokutan ƙungiyar. Haƙiƙa abin da ya rage shine za mu iya cewa haɗin kai ya yi aiki a matsayin jiki don tabbatar da manufofin kafa jikin? Mabiyi daga arewa ya haifar da Ƙungiyar Koyarwar arewa.
