An haifi Forson a ranar 24 ga Oktoba 1984[1] a Mankessim, Ghana.[2] Ta sami karatunta na farko a Makarantar Elementary ta Wilmore a Kentucky. Lokacin da take da shekaru tara, iyalinta sun koma Ghana, inda ta ci gaba da karatunta a Makarantar International ta Akosombo. Ta kuma halarci makarantar sakandare ta St. Louis, Kumasi, inda ta kammala karatun sakandare.

Forson ta kammala karatu daga Jami'ar Ghana, inda ta samu digirin farko a fannin Harshen Turanci da Nazarin Bayanai.[3]

Wasan kwaikwayon Forson ya fara ne da rawar da ta taka a Hotel St. James (2005), Run Baby Run (2006), Different Shades of Blue (2007) da kuma rawar gani a cikin shirin gaskiya The Next Movie Star in Nigeria (2007).
