Ofe onugbu, (listenⓘ) wanda aka fi sani da miya mai laushi, abinci ne na gargajiya na Mutanen Igbo a yankin kudu maso gabas Najeriya. Yana da alaƙa musamman da Mutanen Anambra, kuma ana ɗaukarsa azaman miya na asali. Kodayake ana kiranta 'soup bitterleaf', abincin ba mai zaki ba ne, saboda an wanke ganye sosai don rage zagi kafin dafa abinci.[1] Ana yawan cin abincin tare da kayan abinci masu kama da carbohydrate kamar akpụ, (listenⓘ) garri, yam, da sauran irin wannan kayan.[2]

Shirye-shiryen ofe onugbu yawanci yana farawa tare da sarrafa bitterleaf (onugbu). Ana cire ganye sabo kuma a haskaka su da ɗan gajeren rana na 'yan mintoci kaɗan don hana su rushe yayin wankewa. Ana wanke su akai-akai don rage ƙishirwa ta halitta. Bayan wankewa da yawa, ana ɗanɗana ganye don tabbatar da cewa sun kai matakin da aka fi so na taushi.
