Sikota Wina (31 ga Agusta 1931 - 15 Yuni 2022) ɗan siyasan Zambia ne. Ya kasance memba a majalisar dokoki da majalisar dokokin ƙasar kuma ministan lafiya na farko na ƙasar. Ya kuma riƙe muƙamin ministan kananan hukumomi da na yaɗa labarai da yawon buɗe ido.

An haifi Wina a Mongu a shekara ta 1931. Mahaifinsa shi ne Babban Minista ga Babban Hakimin Barotseland.[1] Ya halarci Makarantar Kafue, sannan ya halarci Makarantar Sakandare ta Munali da ke Lusaka,[1][2] kafin ya ci gaba da karatu a Jami'ar Fort Hare a Afirka ta Kudu. Sai dai kuma an kore shi daga jami'ar saboda harkokin siyasa.[1]

Aiki da Siyasa

Wina ya koma Arewacin Rhodesia kuma ya yi aiki a Sashen Watsa Labarai na gwamnatin mulkin mallaka, kuma a cikin 1954 an kama shi da shiga gidan cin abinci na turawa kawai-(farar fata kaɗai).[2] A 1956 ya fara aiki a matsayin ɗan jarida, shi idita ne na mujallar African Life.[1] An sake kama shi a watan Maris 1959 a matsayin wani ɓangare na yunƙurin yaƙi da "wadanda ake zargi da zagon kasa".[1] Bayan an sake shi daga tsare a Bemba, ya shiga jam'iyyar United National Independence Party (UNIP) kuma ya zama darektan yaɗa labarai na jam'iyyar. [1]

A cikin 1962 an zaɓi Wina a Majalisar Dokoki ta Copperbelt West a babban zaɓen wannan shekarar. Daga nan ya zama Sakataren Majalisar Kenneth Kaunda lokacin da aka naɗa Kaunda Ministan Kananan Hukumomi.[1] A babban zaben shekarar 1964 an zaɓe shi a mazaɓar Luanshya–Kalulushi kuma an naɗa shi ministan lafiya a gwamnatin Kenneth Kaunda.[3][4] Ya zama ministan kananan hukumomi daga baya a shekarar.[5] An sake zaɓen shi a Majalisar Dokoki ta ƙasa a babban zaɓen 1968 a matsayin mai wakiltar Roan constituency bayan an soke Luanshya–Kalulushi,[6] kuma an naɗa shi Ministan Yaɗa Labarai, da Yawon shakatawa a cikin watan Disamba shekara ta 1968.[1]

Wina ya bar siyasa a shekarun 1970s. A shekarar 1984 an kama shi a filin jirgin saman Bombay na Indiya bisa zargin safarar miyagun ƙwayoyi. A cewar masu gabatar da ƙara na gwamnatin Indiya, ya tsallake beli ya kuma yi amfani da fasfo din Sudan na bogi don komawa birnin Lusaka na kasar Zambiya, da sunan Hussein. Da ya koma Zambia, ya yi iƙirarin cewa an shuka magungunan. Tare da matarsa, an ɗaure Wina a kurkuku a watan Afrilu 1985,[7] amma an sake shi a shekara mai zuwa ba tare da fuskantar shari'a ba.[8]

Bayan gabatar da siyasar jam'iyyu da yawa a farkon shekarun 1990, Wina ya zama memba na Movement for Multi-Party Democracy kuma an zaɓe shi a majalisar dokoki ta ƙasa a mazaɓar Chililabomwe a babban zaben 1991. Biyo bayan zaɓen, an naɗa shi mataimakin kakakin majalisa, amma ya yi murabus daga muƙamin a shekarar 1994 bayan wata badakalar safarar miyagun ƙwayoyi.[9] An sake zaɓen shi a 1996,[10] amma ya koma jam'iyyar United Party for National Development kafin babban zaɓen 2001 ya tsaya takara a mazaɓar Mulobezi. Ko da yake Michael Mapenga na jam'iyyar MMD ya kayar da shi a zaɓen, kotun koli ta soke sakamakon a watan Satumban 2003 saboda Mapenga ya yi amfani da dukiyar ƙasa a lokacin yaƙin neman zaɓe.[11] Wina ya tsaya takara a zaben fidda gwani na gaba,[12] amma ya sha kaye daga Mwiya Wanyambe na jam'iyyar MMD. [13]

Wina ɗan'uwan ɗan siyasa Arthur Wina ne. Asalinsa ya auri Glenda Puteho McCoo, Ba’amurke-Ba-Afruke,[14] kafin ya auri Mukwae Nakatindi, ƴar siyasa kuma memba ta gidan sarautar Barotseland, a cikin 1970s. Nakatindi ta rasu a shekara ta 2012. [15]

Sikota ya mutu a Asibitin Koyarwa na Jami'ar Lusaka a ranar 15 ga Yuni 2022.[16]
