Hausawa suna daya daga cikin manya-manyan kabilu a Kasar Najeriya, Nijar, Ghana, Sudan, Kamaru da kuma yawancin kasashen yamma da tsakiyar Afirka. Su kaden ya taka wani muhimmin bangare a cikin ci gaban Nijeriya music, bayar da tasu gudunmuwar da irin wannan abubuwa a matsayin Goje, a daya-stringed irin goge.
