Abubakar Halilu Girei (an haife shi ne a ranar 14 ga watan Maris na shekarar 1954) an zaɓe shi a matsayin Sanata mai wakiltar mazabar Adamawa ta Tsakiya ta Jihar Adamawa, Najeriya a farkon Jamhuriya ta Hudu ta Najeriya, bayan tsayawar sa takara a jam’iyyar PDP. Ya hau mulki a ranar 29 ga watan Mayun shekarata 1999.[1]
Bayan samun kujera a majalisar dattawa, an bashi matsayi a kwamitin ayyukan majalisa, Harkokin Banki da Kudade, Harkokin cikin Gida (mataimakin ciyaman), da kuma Harkar Basukan cikin Gida da Kasashen Waje.[2]
Acikin watan Junairun 2011, Girei ya fito takara na kujerar majalisar dattawa mai wakiltar Adamawa ta Tsakiya a karkashin jam'iyyar PDP a zaben shekara ta 2011, amma yazo na uku a zaben fidda gwani. Alhaji Bello Tukur, tsohon shugaban ma'aikata ga gwamna Murtala Nyako, ne ya lashe zaben.[3]

[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]An haifi Sanata Abubakar H. Girei a ranar 14 ga watan March 1954 a karamar hukumar Girei a Jihar Adamawa. Ya halarci shahararriyar kwalejin Barewa da ke Zariya don karatunsa na sakandare, sannan ya zarce zuwa Jami'ar Ahmadu Bello, inda yayi karatunsa na digiri a Quantity Survey sannan kuma digiri na biyu a Business administration (MBA). Ya kasance Kwararren Mabiyin gwaje-gwajen filaye (Chartered Quantity Surveyor), mai bunkasa Gidajen Haya kuma mai kula da gine-gine.
Senata Girei ya kasance Mabiyin Cibiyar Ma'aikatan Gwaje-Gwaje na Najeriya, kuma mabiyin Nigerian Institute of Management, kuma memba na National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) Kuru, Jos, inda ya rike mukamin Monita Jenar na SEC 31.
