Aisha Dikko ita ce babbar Atoni Janar kuma Kwamishiniyar Shari'a a Ma’aikatar Shari’a ta (Jihar Kaduna), an rantsar da ita a matsayin Babban Lauyan[1] da Kwamishina na Shari’ar Jihar Kaduna a ranar 12 ga Yulin shekara ta 2019 [2] ƙarƙashin mulkin Nasir Ahmad el-Rufai. Kuma tayi makarantan Ahmadu Bello dake Zaria.[3][4][5][6][7]

Aisha Dikko ta kammala karatunta a fannin shari'a, ta kuma sami digirinta a jami'ar Ahmadu Bello a shekara ta 1987, daga baya kuma ta halarci makarantar koyon aikin lauya ta Najeriya, Victoria Island, Lagos. Ta shiga ƙungiyar lauyoyin Najeriya a shekara ta 1988.

Aisha Dikko ta fara aikinta a matsayin jami'ar horarwa a sashen shari'a na Habib Bank Limited Ta yi aiki a harkar banki na tsawon shekaru 17 kuma ta zama manajan da ke tabbatar da hakan. Daga baya ta shiga kamfanoni masu zaman kansu, ta zama babbar abokiyar aikin kamfanin lauyoyi na Messrs Dikko, Khalil & Co (Barristers and Solicitors).

Gwamnan jihar Kaduna ne ya naɗa ta a matsayin babbar mataimakiya ta musamman kan harkokin shari'a a ma'aikatar gwamnati. Daga baya ta zama mashawarciya na musamman kan al'amuran shari'a kuma shugabar sashin bincike na musamman da gurfanar da ƙara. A ranar 12 ga Watan Yunin shekara ta 2019 aka rantsar da ita a matsayin Babban Lauyan-Kwamishina & Kwamishinan Shari'a. [8]
