A ranar 23 ga watan Maris, 2019, hare-hare da wasu ƴan bindiga suka kai sun kashe wasu makiyaya 160 a tsakiyar ƙasar Mali.[1] Rikicin dai ya biyo bayan matakin da gwamnatin Mali ta dauka na murƙushe ƙungiyoyin ta'addanci a ƙasar. Harin ya fi shafar Ƙauyukan Ogossagou da Wellingara.[2]
Kisan kiyashin ya haifar da zanga-zanga da dama a ƙasar Mali don nuna rashin amincewa da yadda gwamnati ke ganin ta gaza, kuma ya kuma kai ga murabus ɗin Fira Minista Soumeylou Boubèye Maiga da majalisarsa mai mulki .
Wai-wa-ye
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Makiyayan Fulani na ƙara samun rikici da gogayya da sauran ƙungiyoyi kan samar da filaye da ruwa ga shanunsu.[3][4] Waɗannan tashe-tashen hankula sun ta'azzara saboda sauyin yanayi, lalacewar kasa, da ƙaruwar yawan jama'a.[5]
A cewar African Arguments, "Duk da cewa kaso daga cikin Fulani ne kawai ke goyon bayan irin wadannan ƙungiyoyin na Islama, wannan farfagandar ta yi nasarar danganta dukkan al'ummomi da waɗannan 'yan ta'adda, wanda kuma hakan ya ƙara ta'azzara tarzoma."[5]
Hare-hare

A cewar jami'an ƙasar Mali, mafarautan Dogon ne suka kai harin, ɗauke da bindigogi da adduna.[6] Maharan sun zargi mutanen ƙauyen Fulani da cewa suna da alaƙa da mayakan jihadi, kuma sun bayyana cewa harin na ramuwar gayya ne ga harin da kungiyar Al-Qaeda ta kai a sansanin sojin Mali a makon da ya gabata wanda ya yi sanadin mutuwar sojojin Mali 23. Shaidu gani sun bayyana cewa an ƙona kusan kowace bukka a ƙauyukan.[4]
Bayan haka
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Bayan nan, shugaban ƙasar Mali Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta ya kori hafsan hafsoshin sojin ƙasar Janar M'Bemba Moussa Keita da kuma babban hafsan hafsoshin ƙasa Janar Abdhamane Baby.[7] Majalisar Dinkin Duniya ta ba da sanarwar cewa a ranar 26 ga Maris za ta aika da wata tawagar bincike a wuraren da harin suka faru.[8]
Martani
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Shugaba Keïta ya ba da umarnin wargaza 'yan ƙabilar Dogon da ake tunanin su ne suka kai harin, Dan Na Ambassagou.[5] Ita ma ƙungiyar kare haƙƙin bil'adama ta Human Rights Watch ta zargi 'yan tawayen da kuma ɗaukar alhakin hakan, ko da yake shugaban ƙungiyar ya musanta hakan.[9]
Mai ba da shawara na musamman na Majalisar Dinkin Duniya kan rigakafin kisan ƙare dangi, Adama Dieng, ya yi gargaɗi game da ƙaruwar kabilanci na rikicin.[10] Sun lura cewa a ranar 26 ga watan Maris an kashe ‘yan ƙabilar Dogon guda shida sannan wasu 20 da ake zargin Fulani ne ɗauke da makamai suka yi garkuwa da su a kauyukan Ouadou da Kere Kere.[10][11]
A ranar 30 ga Maris, Mali ta tsare wasu mutane biyar da ake zargi da kai harin, waɗanda a baya aka ɗauke su a matsayin waɗanda suka tsira daga harin.[12]
Zanga-zanga
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]Dubban 'yan ƙasar ne suka gudanar da zanga-zanga a ranar 5 ga Afrilu don nuna adawa da gazawar gwamnatin Mali wajen daƙile tashe-tashen hankula na addini da na ƙabilanci.[13] Ƙarƙashin barazanar kada kuri'ar rashin amincewa, gwamnatin Firayim Minista Soumeylou Boubèye Maïga ta ruguje kuma shugaba Keïta ya amince da murabus ɗin Maïga a ranar 18 ga Afrilu.[14]
Ƴan ƙungiyar Jama'at Nasr al-Islam wal Muslimin (JNIM), da ke jagorantar ƙungiyar masu kishin Islama a Mali ɗauke da muggan makamai, sun kai hari a wani sansanin soji da ke yammacin tsakiyar ƙasar Mali a ranar 22 ga Afrilu.[15] Mayaƙan sun kira harin da ramuwar gayya kan kisan gillar da aka yi a Ogossagou inda suka yi iƙirarin sun kashe sojoji 16, ko da yake ma'aikatar tsaron Mali ta ce adadin waɗanda suka mutu ya kai 11.[15]
Wani harin da aka kai a watan Fabrairun 2020 ya yi sanadiyar mutuwar mutane 21.[16]
