An haifi Acquah-Dadzie a cikin shekara ta 1939 a Juaso a yankin Ashanti na Ghana (then Gold Coast).[1][2][3] Ya yi karatunsa na farko a Makarantar Gwamnati ta Juaso inda ya kammala a shekarar 1953.[4] Ya ci gaba da zuwa Aggrey Memorial AME Zion Senior High School inda ya sami takardar shaidar matakinsa ta al'ada a shekara ta 1958 da Accra Academy da takardar shedar Babban matakin da ya samu a shekara ta 1964. Daga baya Acquah-Dadzie ya shiga Jami'ar Ghana, Legon don karatun sakandare.[5] A can, ya karanci doka kuma ya sami LLB a shekara ta 1968. Daga nan ya samu admission a Makarantar Koyon Shari'a ta Ghana inda ya kammala karatunsa a Barista a takardar shaidar shari'a kuma ya zama lauya kuma Barrister na Kotun Koli ta Ghana.

Acquah-Dadzie ya yi aiki a matsayin Majistare mai daraja ta 1 kuma ya yi aiki a matsayin alkalin babbar kotu a Koforidua, Ghana.[5][6][7] Daga baya ya tafi Najeriya ya shiga jami’ar Maiduguri a matsayin tutor-inlaw. Bayan koyarwa a Najeriya na wani ɗan lokaci, Acquah-Dadzie ya ɗauki alƙawari a matsayin Babban Majistare a Palapye, Botswana.
