A watan Agustan shekara ta 2018, LAMATA ya sanya hannu kan yarjejeniya tare da Alstom . A wani bangare na yarjejeniyar, Alstom ya gudanar da bitar layukan dogo. Bayan nazarin aikin jirgin kasa, wanda yakamata ya fara aikin fasinja, gwamnatin jihar ta ce yanzu layin Blue Line, zai kasance a shirye don gudanar da fasinja nan da shekara ta 2022. Okokomaiko-Marina Blue Line
