Mamane Oumarou (an haife shi a shekara ta alif dubu ɗaya da ɗari tara da arba'in da shida 1946) ɗan siyasar Nijar ne wanda ya yi ɗan gajeren lokaci biyu a matsayin Firayim Minista a Nijar a shekarun dubu ɗaya da ɗari tara da tamanin 1980.

Ya kasance Mai shiga tsakani na Jamhuriyar tun shekarar alif dubu biyu da takwas 2008.

Kanuri daga gabashin ƙasar, ya zama jakadan Kanada, sannan magajin garin Maraɗi kuma ministan matasa, wasanni da al'adu a ƙarƙashin Seyni Kountché. Kountché ya naɗa shi a matsayin Firayim Minista a ranar ashirin da huɗu 24 ga watan Janairu, shekara ta alif dubu ɗaya da ɗari tara da tamanin da uku 1983, amma a watan Nuwamba, shekarar alif dubu ɗaya da ɗari tara da tamanin da uku 1983 ya naɗa Oumarou shugaban majalisar ci gaba ta ƙasa, inda ya yi aiki har zuwa shekara ta alif dubu ɗaya da ɗari tara da tamanin da takwas 1988.

Wanda ya gaji Kountché Ali Saïbou ya sake naɗa Oumarou a matsayin Firayim Minista a watan Mayun 1989, amma ya kawar da muƙamin a watan Disamba, shekarar alif dubu ɗaya da ɗari tara da tamanin da tara 1989.

Oumarou ya taɓa zama jakadan ƙasar Saudiyya na wani lokaci. Shugaba Mamadou Tandja ne ya naɗa shi a matsayin Mai shiga tsakani na Jamhuriyar a ranar goma sha tara 19 ga Agusta, shekara ta alif dubu biyu da takwas 2008.[1]
