Tarok al'umma ce ta noma a cikin tsaunuka da filayen kudu maso gabashin jihar Filato, Tsakiyar, Najeriya .
Mutanen Tarok

Ana samun su musamman a Langtang-North, Langtang-South, Wase, Mikang da Kanke Kananan hukumomin (LGAs) na jihar Plateau a Tsakiyar Nigeria . Babban garin su na Langtang yana da tazarar kusan kilomita 186 kudu maso gabashin Jos, babban birnin jihar. Tarihin Tarok
