Kisan kiyashin Odi[1][2] wani hari ne a ranar 20 ga watan Nuwamba, 1999 da sojojin Najeriya suka kai a wani garin Odi da ke jihar Bayelsa mafi rinjayen kabilar Ijaw.[3] Harin dai ya zo ne a daidai lokacin da ake ci gaba da samun tashe tashen hankula a yankin Neja-Delta[4] kan haƙƙin ƴan asalin ƙasar mai albarkatun mai da kuma kare muhalli.[5] An kiyasta cewa an kashe fararen hula sama da 900 a harin.
Jama'a dai na cewa gwamnatin tsohon shugaban ƙasa Olusegun Obasanjo da mataimakin shugaban ƙasa Atiku Abubakar ne suka bada umarnin kisan kiyashi.[2] Sojoji sun sha kare matakin da suka dauka inda suka ce an yi musu kwanton ɓauna a hanyarsu ta zuwa Odi. Hakan ya sa tashin hankali ya tashi kafin shiga kauyen.
Kisan kiyashi

Hakan ya harzuka ‘yan kwanton bauna har ta kai ga kai hari kan fararen hula[7] da gine-ginen garin. Duk wani gini da ke garin ya ƙone ƙurmus in ban da banki da cocin Anglican da cibiyar lafiyar garin. Duk wannan ya faru ne a zamanin mulkin shugaba Olusegun Obasanjo.[6]

Kungiyar kare hakkin bil'adama ta Human Rights Watch ta kammala da cewa " tabbas sojojin sun kashe dubun dubatan fararen hular da ba su ɗauke da makamai kuma alƙaluman da ke bayyana ɗaruruwan da suka mutu na iya yiwuwa gaskiya ne."[6] Nnimmo Bassey, Babban Darakta na Action Rights Action, yayi iƙirarin cewa kusan fararen hula 2500 ne aka kashe.[8] Da farko dai gwamnati ta ce adaɗin wadanda suka mutu ya kai 43, ciki har da sojoji takwas.[6]
Shari'ar kotu
[gyara sashe | gyara masomin]A watan Fabrairun 2013, Babbar Kotun Tarayya ta umarci Gwamnatin Tarayya ta biya diyyar Naira biliyan 37.6 ga al’ummar Odi da ke karamar Hukumar Kolokuma / Opokuma a Jihar Bayelsa.[9] Alƙali[10] ya ba da umarnin a biya diyya cikin makonni uku.[9]
A hukuncin da ya yanke, Mai shari’a Lambi Akanbi na babbar kotun tarayya, ya yi Allah-wadai da gwamnatin da tauye haƙƙin ƴan Adam na tafiya da rayuwa da kuma mallakar dukiyoyi da zaman lafiya a gidajen su na gadon iyaye da kakanninsu.[11]
Al’amarin ya kai ga biyan Naira biliyan 15 daga gwamnatin Goodluck Jonathan ba tare da sasantawa a kotu ba. A cewar Prof. Kobina Imananagha (Shugaban kwamitin gabatar da kara na Odi Destruction Case Prosecution Committee (ODCPC)) “Kotun Landan ta yi barazanar cewa za ta aiwatar da cikakken hukuncin da kotun ta yanke (biyan Naira biliyan 37.6) idan har zuwa ranar 21 ga Oktoba, 2014, gwamnati ta kasa aiwatar da hukuncin. Wannan sulhu da kuma biyan diyya da aka amince da Odi.[12] Da alama hakan ya tilastawa ma'aikatar shari'a ta tarayya da shugabannin ƙungiyar lauyoyi, ODCPC da sarkin Odi zuwa teburin tattaunawa a ranar 26 ga Mayu, 2014 inda N15billion (a matsayin biya daya tilo kuma na karshe) a matsayin diyya ga Odi daga gwamnatin tarayya”.[13]
Daga baya gwamnati ta biya Naira biliyan 15 wanda ya haifar da rikici tsakanin al’umma da kuma sace shugaban kwamitin Farfesa Prof. Zibokere wanda daga baya aka sake shi.[14][15][16]
