Tuwon shinkafa tuwon shinkafa dai yana cikin kalar abincin mutanen Arewacin Najeriya wato Hausawa.[1] Yana daga cikin nau'ikan tuwo. Sai dai shi ana yin sa ne da shinkafa. Ana haɗa shi da miyar kuka ko miyar taushe ko miyar kuɓewa wajen ci.[2]. Wato tuwon shinkafa yana ɗaya daga cikin abincin gargajiya, saboda shi ma akan haɗa shi da garin masara wani sa’in. Amma mafi akasari wasu ba sa sa wa, sannan sunan tuwon shinkafa ya samo asali ne daga shinkafar da ake yinsa da ita. Kuma duk Najeriya ko a ina suna amfani da ita. Akan ci shi da kowace irin miya, amma an fi cin shi da miyar taushe.[3][4][5]
