Majalisar ma'aikatan jinya da ungozoma ta Najeriya (abbr. NMCN ), ita ce kawai hukumar da ke kula da duk wani jami'in jinya da ungozoma a Najeriya. [1] An kafa ta ne bisa dokar gwamnati a shekarar 1979, sannan kuma an sake kafa ta a matsayin ma’auni (parastatal) ta gwamnatin Najeriya ta Act Cap. No 143 na Dokokin Tarayyar Najeriya, 2004. [2] [3]
Majalisar tana kula da ka'idojin aiki, kuma tana aiwatar da ladabtarwa a cikin ma'aikatan jinya na Najeriya. [4] Hakanan tana ba da izinin ilimi a aikin jinya da ungozoma, bayar da takaddun shaida da difloma a aikin ungozoma da jinya bayan shirin shekaru uku. [5] [6] Majalisar tana karkashin jagorancin babban sakatare/ magatakarda, wanda wasu kwararru da ma’aikatan da ba na kwararru ke taimaka musu ba. [7] Suna da alhakin hukumar da ke ba da rahoto ga Ma'aikatar Lafiya ta Tarayya. [8]

An kafa majalisar ma’aikatan jinya da ungozoma ta Najeriya bisa doka mai lamba 89, 1979. Adetoun Bailey shine magatakarda na farko.
