Ranar Arafa ( Larabci: يوم عرفة‎, romanized: Yawm 'Arafah ) hutu ne na Musulunci wanda ya faɗo a ranar 9 ga watan Zulhijjah na kalandar Musulunci ta wata.[1]rana a kalandar Musulunci (da dare mai tasarki kasancewa The Night na Power ), a rana ta biyu da Hajj hajji, kuma da rana bayan ne rana ta farko daga cikin manyan Musulunci hutu na Eid al-Adha.[2] Da sanyin safiyar wannan rana, mahajjatan musulmi za su yi tattaki daga Mina zuwa wani tsauni da fili da ake kira Dutsen Arafat da Filayen Arafat. Daga wannan shafin ne annabi Muhammad yayi daya daga cikin wa'azin sa na karshe a shekarar karshe ta rayuwarsa. Wasu Musulmai suna riƙe da cewa ɓangaren ayar Alƙur'ani da ke sanar da cewa addinin Musulunci ya kammalu ya bayyana a wannan rana.[3]

Abu Qatada al-Ansari ya ruwaito cewa an tambayi Muhammad game da azumin ranar Arafah, sai ya ce: Yana kankare zunuban shekarar da ta gabata da shekarar da ke tafe. Hakanan game da azumin ranar Ashura (Muharram 10) ya ce: Yana kankare zunuban shekarar da ta gabata.[14]

A cikin Sahihu Muslim an ruwaito daga Aisha cewa Muhammad yace:[15] Babu ranar da Allah ya ƴanta mutane daga wuta fiye da ranar arafah. yana zuwa kusa da kashe cikarsa ga mala'iku yana cewa me mutanen nan suke so.

Jama'a za su azumci wannan ranar don samun munanan ayyukansu a shekara mai zuwa, da shekarar da ta gabata, an tafi da su.
